Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Food was as expected, Giovanni's Sunday Brunch. Excellent Salomon Sashimi. Staff were respectful and handled comments directly and quickly resolved issues. I.e. Sushi rice was not fully cooked. Atmosphere In Giovanni's restaurant was pleasant and the garden view was excellent.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. Everything from the antipasta/salad bar to the pizza was great. I have to say that the highlight of the meal was the veal chop though. Probably the best I've ever had, anywhere. Kudos to the chef and the servers who provided exceptional service. Nicely done.

Nice restaurant at Hyatt Saipan. Ordered fresh-made parpadelle with duckling ragout. It was slightly salty than I prefer but still delicious. Surprisingly, a Robert Mondavi Merlot paired very well with dish. Colleagues ordered Chef's special gnocchi with prawns that looked good too!

Plain and simple, I wasn’t impressed with my ribeye. It was about the thinnest cut I’ve ever seen and with it being so thin there is no way to cook it medium rare. It was more medium. There wasn’t any sense in sending it back so I ate it, I enjoyed it but it wasn’t perfect. My wife has the tenderloin and that was good. I’d come back but I think I’d get the tenderloin or ask to see the cut before they grilled it so I could adjust my order accordingly.

Giovanni’s has ups and downs. Recently, on a Tuesday a group of 5 regulars went for supper. Half of the severs are new and that was not a good thing; the training they are getting or not getting should be examined. Also quality control needs to be looked at. The antipasti choices were at an all time poor choice and poor quality. The Caesar salad was not terrible, even after we complained and it was returned and a “new” one appeared with the same problems, ie just chiefly lettuce and old at that. My osso buco was fine though somewhat salty while the one my wife had tasted “old” Giovanni’s has a new head chief, he should spend more time on the floor.

I experienced top notch service when we dined at Giovanni's. Their staff were incredibly attentive to each person's needs at our table. They were friendly without being intrusive. I cannot say enough about their food. In particular, the salmon dish was prepared to perfection and the lasagna is a must have on their menu. Enjoy!

Was impressed with this restaurant when I asked for something not on their menu they made it up for me. Ask for spaghetti and meatballs. Be sure to try the lasagna. Very good. If you get a salad it is big enough to share. I don’t care for the mayo spread but they brought butter when asked. Live music is enchanting.

Good food. Nice customer service. Nice soft background live music. I live on the island and am a regular at this restaurant at least twice a month. I have never been disappointed.

My husband and I had dinner here as a wind down to our week. It's a nice, cozy place with a bit of a fine dining feel. There's a live band playing and singing soft music, which sets the ambiance of the place. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! My husband had a seafood special and I had a rib eye steak. Tiramisu was our dessert of choice, which was delicious!

We went for dinner on a Sunday and were not disappointed. We both had the Salmon (grilled) and it was perfect! The bread and green pesto butter was also delicious! We added on the antipatso & salad unlimited buffet and happily snacked away as we waited for our food to arrive. The creme brûlée was divine as well. It was around $60 for 2 entrees, 2 antipasto/salad buffets, and 4 sodas, and dessert with the in house 30% off coupon. We had a great view and the staff was very attentive the whole time. I would go back again.

This restaurant is beautiful. First meal here was at a Rotary meeting and it was wonderful. Went back for breakfast another day and was not disappointed.

If you're looking for fine dining, you'll find nothing better on Saipan. The menu is eclectic, but with an emphasis on Italian cuisine. The decor is terrific, and the service is excellent. It's not cheap, though.

Living in Saipan means living without many of the niceties of a large center. The Hyatt and in particular Giovanni's is our go to place on the island. We re regulars there and " they remember your name" And dine here at least once a week. We have never experienced an off meal from the kitchen or inferior service . A wonderful restaurant.

Had a big dinner with a group of friends; the food was awesome. I wish I took more photos. I had the Lasagna Bianca. It was rich and tasty; I couldn't finish it. I also had the salad bar for an extra fee. It was worth it; the selection of appetizers and salad was delicious :) Service was good too.
