I have been frequenting this Subway in Gualo Rai for years. Never had issues with service; no issues on freshness or the quality of their ingredients or bread. There were times where they won't have avocados or certain veggies I like but that's preferable than serving rotten or old veggies/bread. We have been coming here more often lately, 1-2x a week because my 7year old love the chicken, bacon and cucumber flatbread. And so far, we are always pleased. The line seem to flow swiftly even during busy hour. Restaurant floors, tables and counters are always clean. Staffs are always friendly and accommodating,. Price wise - well, they are expensive for me. Water bottle is $2.50. But it is what it is. I'll pay for the sandwiches or the combo with drink but will no longer buy water bottle here. That's a one time lesson for me. lol

Worst customer service ever!!!!

I do not dine here frequently because their service has been consistently terrible over the years but tonight they hit a new low. We waited in line at the cashier behind 2 other customers while the cashier just stood there staring blankly at the computer for a good 15 minutes. I guess he finally figured it out or got it to work, and then it was my turn to pay. All I had was a $100 bill, and he fumbled around for a couple minutes asking if I had anything smaller. I told him if I did, I would have given that to him in the first place. He told us to go ahead and sit down and he would bring the change to my table shortly. Since we had been waiting so long, I took a seat. We were there for at least another 20 minutes, by which time I had forgotten about the change, as the incompetent cashier had obviously done as well. A couple hours later I was at a store and when I went to pay, discovered that he had never given me back my change. So I drove all the way back there, and at first the cashier tried putting me off while he waited on another customer. I told him I had already waited on him far too long that evening, and I just had to drive all the way back there, so he had better get my change immediately. I was supposed to get $94.90 back, but he gave me $95 and told me I could keep the dime, like it made up for his incompetence and making me drive all the way back there. He should have offered a free sub, a discount coupon or at least something to make up for the inconvenience and wasted gas, but no, he gave me a dime! This restaurant hit a new low in customer service & professionalism tonight, I won't ever be back!

Poor Poor Service!!

I have been here before with no problems but this day they had two employees working, one young lady and one young man, The girl working was having a personal conversation while people were waiting. I was ignored much too long, The service was extremely slow. I was not addressed at all, with Ill be right with you or anything. I am a business owner and if they worked for me they would be looking for other employment They young man left the register and walked past me to assist customers in the ice cream section of the store who came after me. I was very patient but left to go somewhere else. Revenue was lost because of nonexistent service. Training needs to be done on customer service and speed. Wont be going back. Sad
