There is free parking on Napili Pl which also has access to Napili beach. We arrived around 9:00 am on a Sunday morning. There were 4-5 spots left on this road. After breakfast we just grabbed our beach chairs from the car and walked down to Napili beach and spent the day there. Great snorkeling and soft sand on that beach. This is a small place with around 20 tables or so. The wait was around an hour or so but the view is amazing while you wait as we saw many whales in the distance. There were 4 of us and it was low tide. My son and I took a 15 second walked down to tide pools to explore and watch the huge waves roll in while the rest of our party enjoyed the view from above and enhanced their tan. We had the Banana Mac pancakes and Maui omelet (ham, swiss, pinneapple). My 15 year old son who eats us out of the house couldn't finish his 2 pancakes with whipped cream. The omelet was large and I ordered it with rice and toast. I could barely finish that. I put the coconut syrup on my toast instead of using jam. Everything was tasty and the portions were large, We left prepared to skip lunch and take a nice nap on the beach. 2 orders of cakes, a side order of eggs/bacon and another side order of scrambled egg, omelet, coffee and 2 juices for 4 people was $73. Service was impeccable. We'll be back.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of getting to the hidden gem Gazebo five or six times, and the food is always awesome! If we’re staying for a week on the island we would typically go more than once. Very casual, friendly staff, & from our seats we could see whales in February and March. But here’s what we have learned—Yes, you can absolutely go in the morning and plan to spend an hour or longer standing in line as the seating only accommodates maybe 30 at a time. Been there, done that. OR, If you just chill out in the morning enjoying Maui and arrive after about 12:30pm; it’s the same awesome menu, and we had zero wait time because we were seated upon arrival after nearby parking. DEFINITELY recommend the Gazebo!

Arrived around 6:45 am on a very rainy day, which was early enough to stand under the canopy that covers the few entry stairs while we waited for the 7:30 opening (arriving early is essential if you want to be in the first seating at their 14 tables). As usual, our breakfast (banana macadamia nut pancakes and a half order of fried rice - split between two of us and STILL had enough leftover rice for an entire meal) was hot, tasty, and huge portions, the service was friendly and helpful, and the views were amazing even in the on-and-off pouring rain. Love this place.

This is a favorite breakfast spot for us in Maui. You have read from others but make sure you arrive early to get the first seating, especially if you have a big party! You have been warned! We arrive before 7 each visit and can usually get the first seating, no matter what time of the day you go. The restaurant can be hard to find. It’s located off of the Lower Honoapiilani Road as you make your way to Kapalua from Kaanapali. There’s parking down Napili place so park your car there and follow the signs to the gazebo. You’ll also walk through some of the Napili Shores hotel/condo to get your way there. While you wait, they provide umbrellas and coffee, a great perk because they appreciate their guests for waiting to try their food. Popular dishes - pretty much anything! Macnut pancakes, any omelette (the big kahuna, Lahaina, and Spanish). Their fried rice is also VERY good. All the portions here are big, like you can skip lunch- big! Everyone here is friendly and the service is always consistently good/exceeds expectations. The waitresses know how to have fun!

The GOOD: This restaurant is a must-try for anyone visiting this part of the island. It's located behind the Napili Shores Resort, along the beach and offers great views while dining. I was able to even spot a few whales! The food was great. We ordered the banana macadamia pancakes and had it with coconut syrup. It's one of my favorite dishes because of the light and fluffy texture of the pancakes. The fried rice is delicious and they always serve huge portions of this dish. The BAD: Prepare to wait for a while. I've passed by this place several times during my trip and the line never really appeared to shorten. The omelettes were yummy but tend to have a lot of cheese. There were parts of the omelette where I felt like I was eating more cheese than anything else. Tips: * If you're in a hurry, you can order to-go. * Have someone in your part hold a spot in line early in the morning. * Order the banana macadamia pancakes and enjoy with the coconut syrup. Also try the fried rice.... it's HUGE! * Ask for less cheese on your omelette. * Enjoy some free coffee while you wait. If it's empty, make sure to notify one of the waitresses and they can refill it. * If you're waiting under the sun/rain, use one of the umbrellas in the bin near the stairs for shade/cover.

They have great food and a line from opening to close to reflect its popularity. We heard last person seated at 7:30 opening got in line at 6:40. At 7:45 the line was enormous for dine in. The pro tip has always been to get it takeout at the back entrance. They don’t seem to have bandwidth for call in orders, so in person is better. Takeout orders and stand do not open until 8:00. When we were here three years ago, we loved the food but were frustrated with the disorganization of getting it takeout. Probably due to Covid, they have so improved their takeout process. Kudos to the woman running the take out stand the day we were there. She was a machine. She basically took two orders then dropped them off at kitchen while checking for food that was ready. There was a clear, organized and efficient process. And there were no errors with our orders either day. 7:40 seemed to be the sweet spot for the takeout line. That would put you in first couple spots. The line wasn’t ever more than 10-12 deep though. We waited for food about 20-30 minutes after ordering each day. Everything we ordered was delicious, from pancakes to eggs to omelets. Only thing to note was they were strict about no substitutions. We had a non-potato eater and they couldn’t switch them out for even an extra piece of toast. Probably just because they are so busy and need things very stream lined. The prices were reasonable for the size snd quality of the food too. Definitely recommend!

Wow!!!!! Best breakfast we have had on the island! They do not have gluten free bread, so they did offer an extra vegetable with my meal and I chose avocado slices. I had the veggie omelet. My husband had a half order of breakfast fried rice (they will do soy sauce on the side for those gluten free). Huge portions. We will definitely go back. It is very limited seating. Be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. The food is so fantastic I would wait again. They open at 730 we arrived at 730 and waited 45 minutes to be seated. We went the day before around 10 and the same wait.

We always enjoy breakfast at Gazebo when traveling to Maui. The line is ridiculously long. However, the views of the ocean and mountains are stunning. My husband always gets the Mac nut pancakes and I tried a half order of fried rice -it was delicious! Eggs, ham, bacon and sausage in the fried rice. We really enjoyed it.

Unless you enjoy standing in line (with a fabulous view mind you) the secret is to call and order takeout. Eat either in your nearby unit or at one of the tables by the pool. If you do want to eat inside, they do churn folks through pretty fast and the food is consistently good. I'm always a sucker for the mac nut pancakes or the omelettes. After watching the lines for 2 weeks from our unit in Napili Shores, it seems they were the shortest around 11:30 am or 1:30 pm (they close at 2). If you want to be in the first seating when they open at 7:30 you will need to be there before 7:00.

Whenever I come to Maui whether I stay in Wailea or Ka'anapali this is my favorite breakfast restaurant. Open air, summer ambience, breezy in January. Service is fast and reliable. Food portions are generous and delicious. The waitresses are friendly and engaging. Great for kids. One caveat it opens at 7:30am. Get thereby 6:45am. Lines are already forming.

We had high expectations of this restaurant after getting recommendations from other guests at our hotel. Given the lack of restaurants in Napili I can understand the appeal of a local restaurant for breakfast, but for us it was quite an ordeal coming here from Kaanapali. Parking is extremely limited and we ended up waiting 45 minutes. The service is good but there are only about 10 tables inside, so you have to wait for others to finish their meals. The food is pretty average, nothing special from what I could tell. I didn't have the pancakes but when they told me the corned beef hash came from a can that told me this place wasn't trying to distinguish themselves for their food. We had much better breakfasts in Lahaina at the Mala tavern (you can get seared ahi eggs benedict, freshed squeezed juice, etc) and Paia Aina at the Pioneer Inn.

The food was very good, the servers were charming and efficient, the setting was beautiful, BUT… This is a tiny place that attracts large numbers of patrons, good combination for business, not so good for customers. We waited well over an hour (they did provide umbrellas to stave off the intense Hawaiian sun) in a long line beside an apartment complex pool. The restaurant also shares a portion of the small parking lot with folks living in the apartment complex. Too many people mean too many cars and not enough spaces even on adjacent streets. The name of the place reads “and bar” but there is no alcohol offered, so no mimosas to accompany breakfast. Bummer. And, for you food purists out there, the Eggs Benedict featured fried eggs instead of poached and was topped with cheese sauce, not Hollandaise, but it tasted great! Despite the line of people baking while waiting, we never felt rushed through our meal. Service was fast and efficient, but not rushed. Prices were very modest compared to the norm on Maui (read expensive!), and portions were very generous. Large parties will be better off opting for “take out” which Gazebo offers and which you can enjoy by the apartment pool facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Just as all the hundreds of previous reviewers have said, I would recommend this place to you, BUT with the aforementioned caveats. Aloha.

Definitely visit Gazebo for breakfast/brunch if you are visiting Maui. This was our most memorable meal on Maui. The location is a bit challenging to find as it is on the grounds of the Napili Shores Condos and tucked behind some buildings. Parking is somewhat limited and difficult to distinguish from resident parking. That said, Gazebo is not to be missed! The wait is long but worth the wait. Be sure to check business hours as it is only open breakfast and lunchtime. We enjoyed the delicious and large Macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup (to die for) and their well known fried rice which is chocked full of veggies. Also had a perfectly prepared omelet, so tender and delicious I am still thinking about it weeks later. The open air small (maybe 20 tables) restaurant with water views has quality food and outstanding waitstaff!

This is a local favorite and it's easy to see why. The menu has many breakfast and lunch options that are tasty, filling, and decently priced. Waitstaff is very friendly. We went for a late lunch on a Saturday and only waited 15 minutes or so to be seated.

We came here for breakfast on my husband's birthday & waited outside in line for about an hour and a half for a table (it was brunch at that point!). They don't have a waitlist nor take reservations; it truly is first come, first served & they have probably 10 or less tables inside & outside, so, if you're waiting in line, keep in mind that you'll need to wait until those 10 tables order, finish eating, & pay their bill (which is why the wait is so long). We had a similar long line at Kihei Cafe, but they had a much quicker ordering/service process (we only waited about 20 mins there for about the same length of line). That being said, the views at the Gazebo are gorgeous. If you don't want to wait, a lot of people ordered takeout & sat at the tables by the pool that are not affiliated with the restaurant. I thought they were only for hotel guests but nobody kicked them out & it only took them 10 minutes to get their takeout food, so maybe we should have done that. Once we sat down, service was prompt & friendly & the food was delicious & affordable (for Maui). I really enjoyed the macadamia nut pancakes with the coconut syrup
