Exceptional food… worth the wait! If you’re in the north woods… this is a very typical “ up north” pub from the appearance…. Service was admittedly slightly slower than we would have like …. However, we did have drinks and attentiveness to the need for more… the food took a bit to be delivered… but it was exceptional!!!! Recommend checking them out!!!

We stopped for breakfast and had a seat at the bar. Someone named Steve greeted us and we later found out he was the owner. Tammy the bartender was super friendly and very thorough. The food was astonishingly good. It was only then that we noticed a dining room in back. It appeared to be "just" a bar but turned out to be a proper restaurant with traditional table-seating. We will, however, eat by the bar again next time because the interaction between the staff and the locals was entertaining. I can't recommend this place strongly enough! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome pizza, Friday fish fry and Saturday prime rib!! Amazing breakfast too! Fast service and friendly people!!

Met with friends for a fish fry at Tattle Tales. Was surprised they were not busy on a Friday night. Hmmm. Salad bar was small and located in the bar. Nothing special. The fish was just Ok and pricey. Would not recommend and will not go back.

We stopped here for breakfast this past summer and were pleasantly surprised to find the prices great, the server very friendly and the food good. We tried it again this past weekend for Friday fish fry. They offer all you can eat fish, and broiled or grilled haddock, and blue gills!!! How great is that? French fries and cole slaw all homemade. They have a small salad bar. Everything on it was very fresh. Everything we had was delicious and our waitress, Jackie, even agreed to make us Smith and Kerns for after dinner!!! We will definitely be going back as we have heard the prime rib is good and that you can get it for breakfast also!!! All Right!

Their pizza is the best in the Northwoods. No skimping on the cheese or additional toppings if you order them. Made fresh, no frozen- and -thrown -in -the - oven pizzas here. Thick or thin crust, you choose.

Breakfast - so many choices and always good. Willing to make something special if requested. Pizza is excellent here. Recently went there for dinner and had good meals all around (fish, sandwiches, chicken tenders etc.). Full bar is available as well.

Good food and nice owner! They have a huge menu to choose from. Pizza, Prime Rib, sandwiches, and breakfast! Go there often and also has a full bar.
