Good Pizza

While visiting and staying at the Fairfield Inn we ordered delivery from Gino's. We had the specialty veggie pizza and it was excellent. A bit pricey ($21.00) but good. The order was delivered before the estimated a time. We would definitely order again when we visit Charleston again.

quick & tasty lunch buffet

The lunch buffet is quick and fresh. A variety of pizzas and a pasta selection with bread is available. A great salad bar area rounds out the lunch offerings. It's a great deal for a fast lunch. My family and I go for dinner and everyone can find something they like, whether it's a sandwich, salad, or pizza. The waitresses have always been friendly and sweet to our sons. The seats against the window are a bit different. The boys like that there's a tv always on. lol.

Nice Pasta and Pizza Lunch Buffet

Have a very nice pizza and pasta buffet for lunch and salad also. Very clean and self service on the buffet. Reasonable prices for menu ordering too. Very popular lunch place for locals. Limited parking on site, but curb and lot parking available along street just outside.

Wonderful Food & Service!

Eating Gino's has been a staple in our family for many years. We always looked forward to 2 for Tuesday's...lol. But I just want to give some recognition to the man that is always working at the Gino's in South Charleston. I wish I knew his name to really give him recognition. He prepares my food with the utmost accuracy and he is always courteous as well. Thank you for all your hard work!

Never will go to Wayne Gino’s again

Called them at 8:38 pm from Wayne Walmart for an order for two sandwiches they don’t close until 9:45 pm according to Google but the woman said they had quit taking orders with over an hour left before close. I have ordered from them and ate out there for years like since I was a kid and now I will never do business there again. I haven’t been to the one in Milton for years either because of their lousy service!!!!

If your not from here and have no accent don't expect to be treated right

Put an internet order in for 8:45. Got there just before and after waiting for a young girl to stop staring at her phone for quite a while found out my pizza hadn't been made yet. Not because she told me though, I was just told it wasn't done yet. Then after waiting for over 20 minutes they gave me my pizza but no apology at all. Then got back to my room to find out they had loaded it with extra cheese. I can't have extra cheese. So ordered a regular pizza got no explanation for why it wasn't done and no apology. (I'm from Michigan and it seemed like it may have mattered, if i had an accent im very sure they would have at least apologized to me) VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!! If you're going to blast my pizza with cheese at least ask!!!

Best restaurant food and service

I am from South Charleston and my wife and I have visit often. We really enjoy the great food and service. Very friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. This is a popular place to eat.

Hotel Delivery Nightmare

2 hours is how long it took and when you have three kids starving that is NO good. Pizza was OK the kids liked it. I ordered Wings that came with NO sauce and there was NO option online - so you assume they will have wing sauce on them...NOPE. Philly Cheesesteak asked for Mayo on it....NOPE. And the worse thing is we are in a hotel and my wife ordered a salad, guess what NO silverware. One time and Last Time. Don’t do delivery.

No smiles, no thank-you's for giving them business. Small selection of restaurants in St. Albans, and I wouldn't even recommend Ginos. It only exists from pizza delivery orders, where they don't have direct contact with customers. Restroom is locked down, seems to be a drug problem in this area. We watched a crack-head or heroin addict pacing and punching his fists into the air while we ate. Subs, ok, rather tasteless. Blonde lady who took order was nice, everyone else kind of rude. I asked for bathroom key, girl behind counter who was prepping food ignored me, just walking around aimlessly most of the time, said she didn't know where it was, acted like I should come back there and find it myself. Useless employee. We ordered fries, got what I would call 1/2 an order. For $2.50, we got about 12 fries. I asked to talk to the cook who prepared them, as he approached the counter, I heard another employee say, "No need to be rude, now", as if they were trying to calm him down, so he wouldn't yell or curse. I asked him if it was 1/2 an order by mistake. He shrugged and replied, "That's the right amount" I said, "Then I'll never order them again then" He shrugged and said, "Ok" and walked away. Inside and restroom was fairly clean. Everyone frowning, seemed depressed and hating their jobs and life. Typical for what I've seen of St. Albans, WV

HORRIBLE OWNER AND BUSINESS

NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS GINOS GET OUR MONEY! The owner was RUDE and a very nasty women in nice words....she was a liar to me about when my food had left, and how I know is the driver told me he hadn’t left yet. It took well over an hour to get our food delivered...I asked to speak to manager and surprised to know she was the OWNER and refused to give me her name. She sure doesn’t aim to please when a customer isn’t satisfied. She sure was a unhappy person. South Charleston Ginos is a horrible ran facility. My family will absolutely never eat there again and I hope that people see her for what she is and doesn’t support her business anymore!!!

Nice lunch stop

Had a really good lunch here. Service was prompt and friendly. All you can eat pizza and drink was under $9. The subs were excellent and a great value for the money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Waitress bugging people for tips

Loved this place, but went several times where the same waitress was bugging people for tips. Didn't want to go back after that even though the spaghetti sauce and pizza is the best.
