great tasting food.

Stopped in for dinner. Had soup with rare beef. (was not rare) and spouse had a chicken dish soup. Mine tasted great but the so called rare beef was well done and chewy. Was way more than I could eat. Same with spouse. Took the left over food home. Service was outstanding. place was very clean, presentable and food was not overly expensive at all

Love this place!

Every time I go to Charleston I make a point to eat here. Pho is WONDERFUL and it comes out fast!!! I usually get one to go because it is so wonderful. Also, I got the orange chicken to go once and it was de-constructed so everything stayed crisp and wonderful. I took it back to my hotel and had it the next day and it too was wonderful. Great place for sure!

Good Food and Quick Service

My family ate here while attending Christmas Parade. Food was tasty, and service was prompt. We would eat here again, and recommend to others.

HAIR IN MY PHO

I ordered here once because I heard great things by a co worker. I ordered pho and found the longest, stringiest, blackest hair in my dish. When I called to see about getting a refund the woman said "no refund" and hung up. Never again. That was gross.

Service is unbelievable

The food is great, I've been here a substantial amount of times - however the customer service is about the worst possible. Continuously am I surprised how they would give me the wrong food 4 times in a row and insist it is my fault. Just walk across the street and get even better Pho - don't waste time here.

best beef noodle soup I have ever had

My daughter and her friends like to go here a lot. The beef noodle soup here is the best that I have ever had. The beef is so tender.

A delight

Lunch arrives. We notice a Vietnamese presence, but it's blindingly sunny and very hot. Pho seems problematic. The extensive menu solved the problem. Next time? Pho.

Tasty, healthy food at good prices

Excellent Vietnamese family owned restaurant. Many healthy choices including vegetarian, chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp. The portions are large and prices are reasonable. Open during the day but closes around 7:00.

Nice Change

My wife and I had beef pho. It was good and hot on a cold evening. A nice change from the ordinary. Fresh basil and been sprouts along with a lime sqeeze made for a nice bowl of beef noodle soup.

Pleasant Surprise in this Area

Passing through, looking for a place to eat, was pleasantly surprised to find a pho restaurant. The menu had a variety of Asian food but we only tried the pho. It was decent, though the broth lacked the traditional seasoning and the accompanying herbs etc. were a little skimpy. Service was good and the restaurant was clean and cheery. Worth a try.

Got my Pho Phix!

Ate lunch with my son. Had the basic pho with meatballs. Service was quick, bean sprouts and mint leaves were fresh and tasty. I'm not a pho expert but I've had it more than a few times in various locations around the USA. I won't say Pho Vinh Long is the best I've ever had, but it's pretty darn good! And considering there's basically only one place to get pho in Charleston, WV I'd say the locals are pretty lucky!

My Asian husband introduced me to this place last year. I absolutely love it...the food, the atmosphere, the owners. The shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious...as well as the Phó and the Bûn dishes. The portions are huge and the price is fair. My kids are also very fond of the smoothies with boubles, as is my husband. I, personally, prefer the iced Thai tea. We live almost 2 hours away, but are in here several times a month.

Had never eaten Pho before...

My wife and I really weren't sure what to expect but the other reviews were spot on....awesome stuff! The pho was outstanding (totally have nothing to compare it to though) and the spring rolls rocked too! It's a small place and doesn't seem like much but it's worth the stop if you're nearby.

One of my new favorite restaurants

I visited Pho for the first time in December and have been back once since (as quickly as possible). Put simply, this is my new favorite restaurant in Charleston. The pho is amazing. I've had both the brisket pho and the shrimp pho and I loved both. IMHO, one of the most underrated places around.
