Went to have a sub on my lunch break. Ordered a 10 inch chicken parm with fries and beverage. $12.50 ouch. I do not mind paying for something that is really good. Mine was not good. The sub had no sauce, chicken or cheese. Very scimpy. The fries were litlle pieces that were cooked to a crisp. They were not staffed well and it took 25 minutes. Overall an expensive lunch for poor quality.

Subway is much better. Go there instead. I like the variety and freshness of Subway. And they don't idiotically ask for name.

Have been here several time but won't be going back. The service is great and quick but the food is just not that special or good.

Went in for lunch with wife and two seven yr old grandchildren. While in line grandson needed to go to restroom and went door was locked. Ask for key said for customers only ok so can I have key? No not until you pay!! What? I told them we will never be back! Please stop giving them business.

Of course the food is Great. If you don't like it, you are in the wrong place. this is a wonderful place , and wonderful food.

I will never eat another sub sandwich from anywhere else again. Penn Station East Coast Subs is the best I've ever tasted. Their french fries our fresh cut and their lemonade is fresh squeezed. The chocolate chip cookie is baked fresh every morning and is probably the best cookie I've ever tasted. I call them "cookie crack".
