The biscuits and gravy was delicious. It was served piping hot and tasted great. Our server was great.

I have been eating lunch and sometimes breakfast here three to four times a week since I moved here in May of 2017. Very good environment very friendly almost like home. The prices are very friendly as well. I would recommend to anyone this place to eat!

Breakfast at sunset

My wife and I love coming here. The breakfast is amazing. I love to get my eggs and home fries. Coffee with free refills helps give the small town touch.

Food okay, better service needed

After ten days on the road, we were looking forward to having a real breakfast. Food could have been great, but service was so bad, we didn't enjoy it. Our server, seemed to be more interested with checking things on her smart phone than taking care of customers. Obvious, we were not alone in the poor service area. Being retired from the hospitality business, I am a very good tipper, but I was so disgusted with the service, I let my wife take care of the bill and the tip. She said our server even asked her if she would like to leave a tip on our credit card. If it had been me, I would have asked, "Do you think you really earned one?" Everybody in the place was getting up and getting things that a good server would have been on top of. There was another server working, but she was busy rolling up silverware with her back to the customers. Asked for eggs medium well and even explained that I like them just a little runny, came out over easy and very runny.

Horrible service

Absolutely the worst service. There were several dirty tables when we arrived, after waiting several minutes, we were told to sit anyplace & someone would clean the table. After another wait it was cleaned. Our drink order was taken. I ordered the western omelet with dry toast. After a short wait my omelet arrived with buttered toast. The person who brought it just put it on table & walked away. I went to the counter & re-ordered dry toast. Ten minutes later it arrived. Again, she just put it on the table and walked away. No apology or anything We never saw our server again and got no refills on drinks. They were not busy and no excuse for the poor service. The omelet was hot, but a bit over-cooked. It did taste good, this the 1. This will be my last visit to this dive.

Super service & delicious food

Wow, what a terrific find. We have driven past here several times and never stopped. We were in town early and looking for a place to eat breakfast, so we stopped in. I ordered the western omelette and it was delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Best In Town

My fiance, son and I go here every Sunday. This place is by far the best place in Moorefield. We don't branch out too far when it comes to ordering since we do have our favorites but it has never disappointed. The waitresses and the owner are incredibly sweet and helpful. As soon as we walk in the door, they know exactly what we're going to order and have our sweet tea's already on the way. If I could give 10 starts I would! Great girls and great food you really cant go wrong.

Great Breakfst

Best place in town.

This is by far the best place to eat in this town. The prices are not to bad also. I am sad to say that they are not open past 2pm it seems so if you want a dinner you will be out of luck. But other then that it's great.

Great local restaurant

I stop here occasionally when my motorcycle takes me in this direction. The service is always excellent and friendly. The food is well-prepared and your order arrives quickly. It's a favorite for breakfast. The prices are very reasonable. I've never had (or heard) a complaint about the food or service.

Newly remodeled

The Sunset is the freshest local eatery in town. The remodeling has resulted in a very comfortable place to eat. Great coffee. Very good breakfast. I asked for crispy bacon and got exactly what I wanted. Very good service. Will return here often on my next trip to town.
