Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Honestly the value for money at this place is amazing. $21 for the big breakfast and boy is it a big breakfast. Great standard of food and great service. It's definitely somewhere you should consider if your looking for a good bite to eat while...out and about. Just out of Kerikeri within a quiet area. Smash some balls back afterwards at the driving range next door. You just can't go wrong.More

Often visit this great place for lunch. Glenda and Marty and Katy were so down to earth and genuinely friendly. Chicken and Broccoli pie is a favourite. Wonderful that Katy has stayed on! The new management has brought some changes - the staff of mostly...younger people have a good time among themselves, which is not necessarily bad, but at times their banter is a bit intrusive. And for some reason the roaming hens now feel free to jump on your table if you are outside, and will have a go at your plate if you don't shoo them off repeatedly. Here's hoping these teething problems are sorted out.More

Arrive here an ordered promptly, Waited about 20 minutes for our food, and were then told our food would be a while away as a tour group had just arrived for lunch. We pointed out that we had ordered before they arrived, and so surely...should be served prior. At this point food for 2 of our group, who were having pies (which only required reheating), arrived. We were then told the rest of us (3 more) would need to wait to receive our food, until the tour party had been served!!! INCREDIBLE!!! They offered to refund, which we accepted although initially they were not going to refund the pies (which hadn't been touched). We came as a group of 5, we want to eat lunch together. If you can't provide food, don't let us sit down, order and wait 20 minutes! We wen't back to the Rusty Tractor instead and enjoyed another great meal at that gem of a cafe - go there instead.More

Well what a little jewel this is. We were driving now h and fancied a coffee and my Husband spotted the sign for the cafe. It's a little turn off the main road and to start with we thought we had taken the wrong turning....But we hadn't it's just a couple of hundred yards down the side road. My husband and I shared an Asian Pork burger for lunch. It was Gawjus 🍔. The lovely lady in the kitchen gave us separate plates which was a nice touch. Good coffee and the cake cabinet looked fab. All home made. Shame about the Chickens roaming free and jumping on the chairs outside. I'm bird phobic so was very out of my comfort zone. We did sit inside but it was such a lovely day it would have been nice to have sat outside. That said the food was very, very good.More

I was a big fan of this place also called Marty's. It has currently changed hands. I visited it recently and found the new staff friendly, the coffee was fine and although I didn't have a meal I had a delicious slice. Katy is still...in the kitchen so that's good. I will be going back to check out the meals. Great place to stop if you also want to hit a few golf balls in the driving range or have kids as they can play on the playground.More

It's tucked away off the main SH10, but definitely worth following the signs to the end of the side road. We were impressed at the range of freshly baked (on the premises!) sweet and savory selections. Excellent coffee. Great service.

Thank you Marty and Glenda. Dining is such a pleasant experience at YOURS, with lovely & varietal tasty meals and always a very friendly welcome. We have been to Marty's several times and it never fails. The setting is rustic but the food is fantastic. Big bonus - you can take the dog and sit outside and there is a playground. Only downer we have ever had is the milkshake...- not big enough and not cold enough.More

Heading back to Kerikeri from Northland we decided to take a break here from the traffic and bad weather for a feed. We were delightfully happy with what we got here. Great food, service and quality of the meals were the high points here. We...enjoyed it so much we got another round of food just to enjoy the ambiance and try something else to eat. Will make is a point to visit again next time we head North.More

Only a short drive from Kerikeri and well worth it. Food is varied and delicious. I visit often for lunch with a friend and we have never been disappointed. Owner and staff always friendly and helpful. Sometimes we share a main meal and its always...beautifully presented on two plates and delivered with a smile. Dog friendly... good playground and lovely outside seating area. Not the cheapest but good quality food and generous portions. RecommendedMore
