We were in Greytown to enjoy and spend up at the Festival of Christmas but was totally shocked at the rude service I received here. Popped in early for a loaf of bread on Sunday morning - tried to make conversation with the "gentleman" serving...which was met with monosyllables and zero friendliness. Wow, really?? Too early for you to make a customer feel valued perhaps? Maybe stay in bed then. Clareville bakery is only 5 mins up the road remember...More

Delicious pastries, consistent high quality. Outstanding barista who warmed up our cold mornings this weekend, did not get her name but she was a star

Nice cafe on the main drag of town. Very good pastries and some great tarts. Bread is not bad either.

We both ordered the pancakes and, in hindsight, could have split a serving. A huge pile with plenty of bacon and bananas. Perfectly cooked. Coffee was good too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cake and coffee at this bakery. The cake was delicious and service excellent. Definitely to be recommended.

We love getting coffees, bread and croissants from here when we are in Greytown! It’s all delicious! It’s very popular though, so get in early if you want the pick of everything!

Popped in had the soup, which was delicious but the bread which came with it was the best I’ve had since Europe

Quite a small store. We purchased to take back to our motel each morning. The coffee was the best we had during our trip and the pastries were very good.

Dropped in on our way through, great service, rusty was so friendly and on Friday so busy. But a chilled atmosphere and great fresh French breads. Rolls, pastry and coffee.

Yes simple lunches, filled rolls etc. I really enjoy this as a light lunch when driving north out of wellington. Really nice French bread and lovely pastries. Good coffee, my choice for lunch in this town.
