Today we ate at Grand Cafe De Foyer, it was delicious. drank a nice cappuccino. all for less than 15 euros. The staff was very friendly and courteous. definitely a place to recommend if you are looking for a nice restaurant in Callantsoog North Holland.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the service is poor. There have been three waitress, that kept as waiting for the order, for the food and the bill. The food was nothing special, but ok. We will not come back.

Efficient service and great tasting Dutch apple pie

Visiter here a few days ago for a small snack. Most people were sitting outside however we chose to sit indoors. The service was prompt and friendly and the Dutch apple pie delicious.

Great service, good food

We were a family of 6 with one young child and a baby. The place was very family friendly with a play corner for my toddler. We do not speak any Dutch but that was no problem at all. The staff was very patient and explained the menu. The food came out fast and was very good and very reasonably priced. I would go here again and recommend highly to others!

Shots of Advocaat on Easter Day

This is such a lovely restaurant - always busy, with loads of locals enjoying the reasonably priced and very tasty fish, pancakes, toasties and other Dutch treats. What could be nicer than sitting here in the sun on Easter day enjoying a coffee with a shot of advocaat and slagroom (whipped cream). If you are ever in N Holland, don't miss it or the local beach bars which are also superb.

The food and drink is good and it sits well, but the mood of the service... that really needs work. What an unfriendly staff. The enthusiasm is far from there, as if they are reluctantly serving their working time. Good place for an uncomplicated meal

We are in Callantsoog again and enjoy drinking coffee here in the afternoon, which is always served with a glass of caramel syrup with whipped cream. Tonight we ate here, we had the burger and traditional kibbelinge, both with fries. Both the burger and the fish were fresh and nicely prepared, and the portions were large enough. The staff was very friendly, we will definitely come back again.
