Gastro Piano Bar with a season food made at affordable prices. Calm and evocative Ambient. Live piano music is periodically played during the day in a centenary mallorca's piano. Fusion cuisine suitable for all audiences. We offer menus at the meal time and on thursdays we offer tapas menu. During the weekends it is possible to attend different musical events that we arranged having a few drinks in a different ambient.

A beautiful bar in the middle of a bustling market town. A welcome oasis for a cerveza breather. Friendly staff, outdoor seating in the shade 😎

We always visit Bar Nou when we go to Son Servera. It is one of our favourite restaurants as we like the food, service and good value for money. The outside patio is very quaint, shaded and relaxing and we always like to see the fish in the fountain.
I had Brownie Pudding last year and it was the most delicious pudding I have ever had so returned this year but it was not the same.
We enjoy chatting to Juan too and listening to the piano.

Walking by Son Servera we heard a really nice piano that was being played in Bar Nou. Attracted by the music we got in to take a rest and smoke a cigarrete. The nice and familiar service plus the music and the hour it was made us decide
to have lunch in the in-door terrace they have. Food was amazing and everything looked real fresh. Familiar service but serious and good value for money.

We were just passing not very touristic town Son Servera (which I like), so we didnt expected much. We just heard good music playing, and we decided to come in to this cute and friendly Bar Nou. Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff. He was not very good in english so he tried his best! Such a sweetheart!
Meniu was up to date, interesting. Decent in not very decent place :)
We ordered salad, which was tasteful and good quality!
Good luck to this bar! Best recomendations!

After 3 weeks in Spain this is the best meal of our trip! Food was delicious, and the service was outstanding! Not only did the chef come out to say hi, we had birthday celebrations and left with tips for the island. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!!!

After busing the market in Son Severa we decided to get some lunch to escape the mad rush for the taxis.
As a family we really enjoy and appreciate good freshly cooked food and Bar Nou delivers that very well!
We are a family of five, one of the children opted for chicken nuggets and chips (yeah not the best choice for foodies but he was not feeling particularly hungry so I’ll let him off this time) the other 2 children had spaghetti in homemade tomato sauce which they said was delicious it was slightly lighter in colour so wonder if it had mascarpone in it to make it creamy, both bowls cake out fresh and steaming.
My wife and I opted for tapas consisting of beef carpaccio, cod, iberica ham and “smashed” egg with cured pork sausage, all amazing flavours good portion sizes and nicely presented too.
Service was prompt and friendly.
We sat inside which was nice, decor and lighting was good, I would have ideally liked to sit outside as the courtyard garden was beautiful.
All in all a definite recommendation and a well deserved 5 stars! We will visit again if we are In the area.

We took refuge here after a busy, hot morning visiting the Son Severa market. We sat in the garden and enjoyed some lovely tapas and amazing tomato salad with the best tomatoes we have eaten - ever! Really friendly and nice waiter too.

The bacon sandwiches are superb too!
Lovely locals bar and cafe serving tasty snacks and perfect coffee.
A great place to start the day and an oasis on market days.
Service is efficient and very friendly - visit often and they'll remember your order.....
Highly recommended!

While on holiday with friends we stumbled on this great bar that serves very good food and is very underrated.
We had a late lunch on our arrival to Son Servera. Although it was late for a lunch serving the owner accommodated us in a very friendly manner. We choose from the lunch board and we were extremely happy with the food and service.
We also had dinner at Bar Nou and this again surpassed our expectations. There is a traditional and fusion mix menu which was perfect there was something for everyone on offer. We had great entertainment with live music and the staff were very chilled and happy to go out of their way to help with the Spanish menu.
I am normally hard to please bit the food was excellent and the Tiramisu desert was to die for best I've ever had (and I've had loads over the years in my different restaurants but this was by far the best).
Looking forward to one day going back to try some more traditional and fusion dishes.
