Papinglo is a charming restaurant in a pastoral location just outside of Maldegem. We visited after an international family reunion, just to sit outside and relax over some wine. The place is run by a talented young chef and his parents, and is located beside...the Cleythil hotel. Very pleasant ambiance, whether inside or out. Attentive and accommodating service. We look forward to dining here upon our next visit to the Flanders region of Belgium.More

I have had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant a few times over the years when staying at the Cleythill Hotel. It is convenient - good food and dining alone is not uncomfortable. The staff make the best recommendations!

friendly service, excellent food (french cuisine, local produce) at affordable price. outside seating in summer is great. easily accessible via E40 motorway. Very quiet location.

Good food and well thought however the menu is pretty expensive and doesn't include dessert. The quantities are also rather small for I am not a very big eater but had a feeling of not enough.
