Another Branch for Excellence!

Was out here soaking-up the Christmas-like ambiance of a small town in winter when I realized that there might be an Anthony's nearby! A quick online search and a few turns later, and I was there. The cheesesteak subs and the service were just as good as the ones in Capon Ridge and Winchester. Strong recommend! I finally found one fault with Anthony's: Too far away to be a regular stop!

Great Steak and cheese

My go to for steak and cheese sub, tried some others around town Still My favorite. The employes are nice and friendly, the service is fast.

Best Cheesesteak In Front Royal?

Probably the best cheesesteak sub in Front Royal. Didn't seem like that was as much meat as in years past. Order the hoagie. Still a recommend, though...

Very annoying place..The employee or owner? He was very loud..You could hear him through out..But the worse was when we looked down and saw a roach on the table..Needless to say I left quickly and will not return..Food was extremely greasy.... .

$10 fried pickle

$8+ for fried pickle coins?? Received maybe 8 pieces of fried pickle coins- 2 others were completely burned because they were empty. I don’t mind paying a little more today- but that is ridiculous.

Large order for big family

Ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup. Pizza were ready on time and very hot. Variety of toppings on veggie pizza was excellent. Topping on one topping pizza should have been spread around a little rather than just dropped in a few places. Overall the pizza was very good.

Delicious NY style pizza

First pizza place I ate at after moving to Front Royal a few month's ago and I wasn't disappointed. They have a special on Thursday for a $5.99 large cheese pizza. Pretty good deal. Also had the special steak sandwich and it was yummy.

Pizzas are good. Real, NY style pizza. The breadsticks and wings are very close to excellent. We did takeout, and the young ladies were very friendly and hospitable.

The owner is great! We went for a group thing (not my choice since I tend to avoid pizza places due to being gluten-free). The owner asked why I wasn't eating. When he heard my restrictions he came up with a solution. He (and the waitress) were super nice.

Only had the pizza.

We came here after a tubing trip because we were starving. Wish we hadn't. The only thing this place had going for it was prompt and friendly customer service. The pizza dough was soft, but tasted premade. The buffalo chicken barely had chicken on it. The pizza was edible. Just not good at all. I'm not sure where they get their prices from, but it's definitely not worth what they charge. There has to be better pizza in the area.

Dropped off my laundry and the odor of pizza caught my stomachs attention. Loking around there were Sheriffs deputies eating . I knew this ws a good location.

Great for Delivery

Ordered a pizza for delivery at motel. Good pizza, quick excellent service. I asked if there was a delivery fee and was told it was $1. Of course we gave the delivery driver a tip.

Good subs and pizza

The food is fresh, and made to order. The waitress was very friendly. I prefer the subs and such. I am not a fan of the italian meals, but friends and family like them. They did have good deserts, but that has changed.

Very good pizza!

Talked my husband into getting pizza here for a change. We use to eat at the Anthonthy's in Marshall often when we both still worked. The pizza we ordered was a basic pepperoni. What I loved was that it was not greasy. Other places pepperoni pizzas have so much fat, I have to go through several napkins to clean it up. The sauce and crust was also very good. And they deliver all the way up the mountain!

Don't Order Delivery!!!!!!!!

A couple of nights ago, after a hospital visit, we were tired and so decided to have pizza delivery. We chose Anthony's over Foxes Pizza Den. WRONG decision. Took about 1 1/2 hours for pizza to arrive - not all that bad of delivery time. However, the pizza was cold and I do mean cold. All of the toppings were just on one side of the pizza. This did not happen because of the way the dude was driving. This was a deliberate division. All we ordered was a Hawaiian Pizza (ham and pineapple). Then to make matters worse, the pizza didn't look to have been baked for more than a couple minutes. The crust was not golden brown - it didn't have even a tinge of brown on it. And it was totally RAW inside -- raw dough is not appealing i the least. Microwaving the pizza helped some, but for what we paid for it, it was the worst pizza delivery service we've ever had. We will order from Foxe's Den next time we want a pizza!
