Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful rolls! Fresh, large, and delicious. The deck overlooking the docks and the bay was picturesque. The only downside is it's hard to find time to eat here when working since it is only open weekdays for lunch.

Must go in jay peak. Simple ramen menu, but each ramen is full of flavor. I think it’s real broth from pork and chicken, it has soul. Noodle, egg and pickles are also good. It might not the greatest ramen in the world but it’s greatest after ski.

Surprisingly tasty ethnic food for a ski resort. Portions are small so prices aren't low but if you're in the mood for a good meal while skiing I highly recommend.

Delicious and hearty! Fresh food for sure. This places adds to the options in the local area, the Miso Soup was excellent (I like to add a dash of Soy Sauce) and the pickled celery was irresistible. I wish they canned and sold it.

Outstanding miso and ramen. Completely perfect on a ski day. Worth every penny. Kids portions right and the spicy bowl was great.

Very deceiving considering the size of this little "food truck". But by far THE BEST ramen noodles ever. Also, a bit of a hike if you don't live nearby. However, if you are visiting Jay then this is a MUST.

This is a kiosk at the bottom of one of the slopes and right in front of Jay Peak Inn. It's a bit pricey but the food is good! They had a veggie noodle option for me so I was happy. You can sit around the fire and enjoy your food.

This is a fun and delightful place to catch a "Change of Pace" meal. The food is very good at a fair price. Rather unique venue as the main facility is housed in the old Jay Peak Ski area Tram car.

We recently stayed and skied at Jay Peak and had the opportunity to have lunch at Miso Hungry. I enjoyed the bone broth soup and my husband had the veggie ramen. Mine was so much better than his. We sat around a little fire in the bright spring sunshine. It was heaven.

My first trip to Jay Peak. Everyone kept telling us we have to try Miso Hungry. The skiing was amazing and so was the Miso!! Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan (The owner), and taking a ride on the chairlift with him. As we talked, I could sense his passion for family, food, and skiing (probably in that order!). An amazing young man who’s passion for his craft is evident by the culinary delights that he creates, and the amazing staff that takes as much pride in his endeavor as he does. Anyone who takes the journey, to Jay Peak must partake in the excellence of Miso Hungry. ...And even if you’re not a skier, if you’re in the vicinity, the exodus to Miso Hungry is well worth the effort!

Loved this, the old tram car, the great ramen and the employees. Nothing hits the spot like a hot bowl of ramen.

Really good but not always open. What could be better than a hot bowl of soup and noodles while skiing? It was only opened 1/3 days we were skiing. Like many other things at jay peak... closed
