Good service with a smile

When you are eating at Sydney Airport and want a restaurant quality meal, you can’t go past Mach2. The food and service times are very good. Nabin brought everything with a smile. Loved the bruschetta and parmi.

Definitely Best Restaurant in the Airport!

Every time I need to travel, I always visit this particular cafe, this time I came with both of my friends and family. I recommend them to have som breakfast at Mach2 before we get in. Guess what? Their service and quality of the food were impressive! My family and friends always tend to think that they will never find any good food that suit their taste while in the Sydney airport honestly; and at the same time are able to provide excellent service. And here we go, I change their minds with my recommendation. They were very happy with everything. Thank you team. Very consistent with their quality since the first time I came here till now always the same. Well done!!

Finally!

We have eaten so many bad meals in airport locations, to be honest we were just expecting a continuation of this. But......god forbid.....this place is actually good. Wow! Finally, someone who can offer good airport food. Just expect to pay a little more - I’m sure their airport rent isn’t cheap, but it’s so nice to see a place do good food.

Excellent Food

I arrived on Saturday afternoon, as my hotel is located in front of the airport, I just randomly tried the restaurant inside of the airport. I ordered Spaghetti Machiavelli, it was so delicious. Moreover, their service was amazing. I’d been served by Trishana, she was so friendly and looked after me with love as I travelled with my two year old girl. My baby had spaghetti Napolitana which was recommended by her for my baby. I really recommend this restaurant with their food quality and service. It would be my favourite restaurant while I am in sydney.

Doesn't feel like airport food

Beautiful service. Fantastic food. Doesn't feel like airport food at all. And even with the great quality, they are fast! I had for fritters added scramble eggs and I'm nursing a VERY good coffee, I'm not quite ready to finish 😍

Had a great food and wine at Mach2 with my friend before the flight. A glass of red from Chianti and the 'Machiavelli pasta' were well paired. A cup of long black and a rraspberry cheese cake were superb. On top of everything, we had a great conversation with Nabin who was professional yet humorous and genuine.

Worth eating landside at Mach2

Amazing hospitality and great food. Nabin’s awesome service and personality made my day! I was stressed out about my international flight later in the evening but everyone here made me feel very welcome. An added bonus is that they accept Priority Pass.

Departure meal

Saying bon voyage to family is never easy but Mach 2 takes the sting out of the tail. The friendly charming service by Johnny and his team combined with the delightful food made this farewell more smiles than sorrow. The only downside is that I'm not at the airport more often.

The location seems a little busy at first but it’s actually quite a calm and cosy atmosphere in the restaurant itself. The food is so good! Absolutely delicious and all pasta is made onsite which is even better. We were served by Johnatan and he was a pleasure. Very funny and accommodating with great service.

I ordered the vegetarian Shakshuka. The bottom of the dish seemed to have meat. I asked the waiter if it was meat 3 times and 3 times he told me it was pumpkin. The waiter kept pointing at my order and said you have what you ordered as if I was an idiot. The 4th time I asked the chef as the waiter was clearly not going to ask the chef. The chef confirmed I had chorizo in my meal. The chef swapped it. I then saw the waiter telling his buddy and laughing and looking in my direction. What an idiot. And zero apology to boot!

Lovely management and customer service

Management was really appreciable with sound customer service. Especially Nabin, has been really great at looking after customer and food service. We had some foods and can't describe it with words how amazing it was. I would recommend others to have your time in there if you are travelling to International Airport.

Loved the coffee, environment and the staffs were very attentive. Chocolate muffin was fresh and delicious. Will come back again with family next time and will recommend my friends and family to visit here before catching up the flight.

I’m Italian,and I’m gathering with friends in the airport MACH2 and apart from the staff quality and happiness I’m really thankful to expierence an amazing Italian food. I ordered gnocchi and it was just so so much Similar the one my mum does. BRAVI RAGAZZI Keep going like this. Just one small advice....try to get some Italian beer Bottle/taps as peroni,nastro azzurro,birra Moretti. Well done👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Had the signature breakfast with coffee, wasn’t expecting too much from an airport food, but mannn, I couldn’t be more wrong. One of the best breakfast i’ve ever had. The service was excellent and attentive. This becomes my favourite place at the airport to get food.

Amazing hospitality

Wasn’t able to travel to New Zealand with a group of friends and our waiter Nabin, made our night so much better. Great service and super friendly. Even gave us a complimentary cheesecake at the end of our meal. Would come back next time I am at Sydney airport! Best spot
