We arrived at 7:50 and were shown to our table all seemed ok. Then after 30 mins we hadn’t even had a drink we started to get a bit annoyed. The staff then took our drinks order which sat on the bar for another 15...mins as there were no staff anywhere so I got up and took our own drinks to the table. My mojito was the worst I’ve ever tasted so asked for a bottle of beer. The good came out eventually and to be honest the steak was ok a bit over done but nice the rest of the food was awful my friends chips looked like they’d been cooked 6 times my wife’s duck was cremated and my new potatoes were rock hard. We left a table full of food and drink paid £157 and went somewhere else. I just wish we went on a night when some of the other reviews were written. Maybe we were just unlucky. I will not be coming back.More

Visited for the first time, and wish I’d found it sooner. Nice atmosphere, not to busy but good buzz. Enjoyed my ribeye steak, key lime pie and lovely bottle of Merlot finishing with an Irish coffee. My wife had the fish curry which she thoroughly...enjoyed, and tasted my key lime pie, which she thought was delicious. Staff were great, giving advice and a bit of humour. All in all a great enjoyable experience.More

Another popular eating place which you need to book in advance. Can't fault the service. The tapas was plentiful. The only downside was getting a table right in front of the TV screen which was showing a sports channel, which no-one was watching.

Not only was the food expensive and poor quality. Only after One Hour were we told the table was required for another booking. So unless you want to be rushed and eat expensive poor quality food eat elsewhere is my opinion . They even had...the cheek to add a service charge when there own policy says a 10% service charge is added when more than 3 people. We do not like this place ...More

Ate upstairs. Had the New York strip with parmesan mash. Still talking about it !! It was a superb piece of meat and well cooked. My wife had the marinated salmon which was also excellent. We were fortunate to ne able to book a return...visit 4 days later but could only visit the downstairs section. I preferred the atmosphere of the upstairs section.More

Got a table here after spending about 45 mins looking for somewhere to eat, most places close at 930 or are so short staffed they cannot accept walk ins, anyway ordered crab cakes and Parmesan mash- awful crab cakes were over cooked and dry, mash...was dry and cold and just had Parmesan shavings on top? Other restaurants-have this inside the potato- not sure why these don’t? Partner ordered medium steak- his steak was well over done he spent the evening picking it out his teethMore

We went here for a meal on our 25th wedding anniversary. Every member of staff were great, the food was absolutely delicious. Would recommend this restaurant. Just be aware that you’ll have to book.

I'd imagine it could get quite lively on a night time but afternoon / early evening I would think it would be fine. I hope you enjoy the atmosphere and food as much as we did.
