Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Got 5 pieces of German Chocolate Cake, absolutely phenomenal! My friends from Michigan are making a special trip to get something to take back home with them. They were very impressed, and so was I!

Cute setting, friendly staff and yummy baked goods. Our cycling group has ridden down from Franklin several times and they've always been more than welcoming. How can you not enjoy a gooey cinnamon roll in the middle of a 60 mile bike ride? I've also driven down there with my wife for Sunday brunch which was very good.

The cinnamon rolls were supposed to be amazing and for $7.00 each, they should be. Unfortunately, they were dry, had very little cinnamon and the cream cheese icing was sickening sweet. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t come back.

I was really looking forward to this place, what a disappointment. I went for breakfast on a Sunday morning, the biscuits and gravy were the draw but they were terrible, the gravy tasted canned and the "sausage" they use is generic and comes in frozen prepacks, ti has no flavor but they are flatter than a safe deposit box door.
They only serve eggs scrambled, I was instructed to go to their other restaurant if I wanted my eggs fried. I thought I'd help my meal by dousing it in hot sauce but they were out and didn't have a single bottle in the house. Out of desperation I got a "world famous cinnamon roll" to go, it was equally as bad, and at $5 a pop thats dang near criminal, Kroger's bakery makes much better cinnamon rolls. They do have good coffee here, just stay away from the food. Tourists only.

If you like fresh homemade donuts, apple fritters and sticky buns, this is your destination. If it’s too out-of-the-way, just get in the car and drive! You will not find a better bakery anywhere! If you want a more traditional breakfast, they also have great sausage and gravy biscuits. I’ve posted a picture of my yummy sticky bun!!

Loved this place from the moment we walked in. Live music playing was a treat. Meatloaf Sandwich and chicken salad we’re delicious. I highly recommend this stop.

We found March Jo's Bakery & Coffee House in a random way while driving on unfamiliar country roads. Having been to the Marcy Jo's Meal House, we decided to stop to see what her other restaurant offered. I ordered a delicious warm cinnamon roll, one piece of coca cola cake, and two decaf coffees (coffee with a "burned" bitter taste). The sizes of the sweets were generous at $4.95 each. The service was pleasant. A live vocalist/musician was performing in their lounge area--a novelty for a Saturday morning! As with her Meal House, the exterior is rustic and the interior is homey. One could almost decide not to enter due to the worn and soiled entry door or a full trash can to the side of the front porch, but knowing what delicious treats awaited me on the inside prompted me to enter. I was not disappointed. We ate our desserts at the picnic bench on the front porch.

Hubby and I came to try this new spot for breakfast. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next morning! The staff is wonderful, super friendly and attentive! Food is fabulous! Wide assortment of sweets & coffees. We had the sausage, biscuits, and gravy which did not disappoint! I highly recommend a stop here if your nearby :)
