Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Foos is always fresh and taste authentic Colombian. The bandeja paisa is fenomenal. Ask for empanadas they have beef and chicken.

My son gave me a loaf of the Cheese bread for my birthday in November. That was the first I had of the bread and it was fantastic! We have bought it many times since then and it has never disappointed us! My son and...daughter-in-law absolutely LOVE the empanadas. We bought 3 of the chicken and 3 of the beef. Took home and reheated for dinner. They were okay for the first time. Maybe a little bland but that's not to say we won't purchase again. You can eat in or take out. They have alot of things to choose from. We will definitely continue enjoying their cheese bread and will purchase other items, as well. Highly recommend!More

I'm Colombia so i know when something is not authentic and when it's made with substitutes. I lived in Miami for 2 years and we were never able to find a decent Colombian Bakery. I have introduced this bakery to Colombian friends and they even...travel from Charlotte, NC to get there goodies. I have invited Americans and all have loved it.The Colombian Buñuelos are by far the best I have ever tasted even better than the ones bought in Colombia. Americans calle them "Cheese Balls" don't know why. They are made with cheese, but don't taste cheesy Some tips: I will only eat buñuelos if these are just fried or have been just fried or 1-2 hours after ago. They loose all there crunchy after some hours. Fresh the better. We always always call Dora the owner and order 8 fried Buñuelos and we pick them up 15-20 minutes after. The same happens with pandebonos. Although Pandebonos doesn't matter if they are from the morning because I learned a trick. Just pop them at home in the oven for 10 minutes and they come out like if you just baked them. The Corn fritters called Masitas are delicious. The empanadas are very similar to the authentic ones in Colombia just delicious. Everything there is so good there is nothing bad. The best time to buy is early mornings when they have just cooked everything or afternoon around 5pm when they do another batch fresh batch. If you fal in between you can just call and order fresh. Price: 1 dollar Emapandas, Bunuelos, pandebonos, masitas everything a dollar. Of course there are other things like pork belly 2 dollars and so on.More
