We don't often have Mexican and had not found a good Mexican restaurant in the Upstate, but on whim stopped at Guacamole. This restaurant provided good service, with reasonable dispatch, and generally very tasty food. The fresh guacamole made at the table was very satisfying. There is a considerable variety of dishes, and we found the Trio Tacos good, and particularly the chicken taco. The only real negative was that we found the black bean sides not so good. The cost was very reasonable. We will return.

Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but I wasn't impressed. Nachos were soupy. Mexican rice was more like Asian rice. Beans were in everything. Where was the salsa?
Someone has put some work into the decor. It was nice.
Place is always busy, but they really need more parking. Very hard to get in and out of.

Huge generous portions. 2 is a plenty.

We ordered carryout. The food had no taste. The portions were extremely skimpy. Printed on the receipt "please pay with cash to enjoy a 3% discount". We paid with cash and didn't notice until we were home that this discount was NOT given to us. I should have checked with a friend before going, he told me a few days later, that place has awful food. Agreed. Choose wisely.

Has to be the most overpriced, flavorless meal I can remember. I ordered the Pollo Loco. In order to make it look like a full chicken breast, they sliced a wafer-thin piece of chicken breast on a deli type meat slicer. After they cooked it was dry and brown. It had some of their tasteless, watered down queso dip on top. Any Mexican restaurant in Greenville has better food and prices than this place.

Flavorful food, fun atmosphere, and good prices. They have a salsa bar, and can make the guac at your table. Food is above average. Good portions. Just go.

Still my favorite Mexican (kinda) in Greer. The service is always prompt. The salsa bar ROCKS! They have a large menu to choose from. I had the trio tacos and loved it. The margaritas are good. The chips are still free and THE BEST in town!

It's still a decent Mexican restaurant, and we do still go here ocassionally, but the service and overall value has gone down a bit from what it once was. Portions are a bit less generous, and prices are a bit higher than they once were. It is my understanding that they changed ownership in the recent past, and the staff has had a tangible change as well. There are always at least a couple servers who appear to be 'put out' that people are coming in to eat.
As I've said, we do still eat here from time to time, but the direction the service and quality seem to be headed makes me wonder whether the negative experience is just around the corner that makes me write this one off permanently.

We've been here many times now. The food is always tasty and is never cold or appearing to have sat under a heat lamp for some time. The location is very convenient and it's obviously popular as parking is a pain (seriously so). The variety and selection of items is great, the flavors are nice, and we love the salsa bar that seems to be becoming the standard at local Mexican restaurants. It's been rare that order mistakes are made on our takeout orders but they have happened; nothing drastic though.
Suggestions for the restaurant owner would be to improve parking, improve the process for guests to be greeted and sat (it sometimes is a cluster in there), and fix the website. Your menu still isn't visible after bringing your website back online.

They have a good choice of salsa at the salsa bar. This is not a cheap place for Mexican, but what I had was delicious. I ordered the mixed fajitas with beef, chicken, cherizo and jalapeño bacon wrapped shrimp. So much food and SO delicious. I enjoyed the shrimp so much that I will probably order the shrimp meal next time.

Guacamole is my go to place to eat when I’m in town and I can’t make a decision. I’ve never been disappointed and I love their salsa bar. This time I got the burrito San Jose and struggled to eat it all.
