My online delivery order has taken over an hour and a half so far and has still not arrived. I live 5 minutes away. When I call to ask for an update I am Placed on hold for over 10 minutes only to be told...that my order is out for delivery. That was 20 minutes ago and it still is not here. Again, I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Very bad experience and poor management.More

My wife has special dietary requirements, and we were excited to read many positive comments from Marco's "gluten-free" customers. Finding a Marco's which actually had gf crust available was our first challenge - maybe this isn't as commonplace as all the reviews imply. We had...some coupons which had codes for online orders, but I couldn't find a way to order the gf pie online; so I placed the order over the phone. The person taking my order said they could do nothing to accept my coupons and would not offer any other discounts for our carry-out order, so the amount I ended up paying for the pies we got was imo unreasonably high for what we ordered. But this was a research expedition, so I went ahead with the purchase. Marco's sauce and toppings are good enough, what I would consider comparable to most of the other players in the market, but I didn't at all care for their crust - it was very dry, and as someone who enjoys the bread portion of his pizza, most of my crust ended up in the trash. It's not a BAD pizza, but it's not anything different or anything I will miss having, but considering the above-average price and mediocre product, the value for this pie just is not there.More

Overpriced, rude staff totally a waste of time . Ignored when we walked in, finally the person who waited on us really didn't want to be working that day. Pizza Hut was better and less expensive

I have been there many times because I love their pizza, I think it is the crust that makes it so great.

We ate Marco's one night and it was very good pizza. I plan to go back to this place again. Pizza is better than the chains like Dominos

I always order pizza from Marco's Pizza and the thing i like about them is how fast they are at delivering food. They are very fast and only take like 5 or 10 minutes to get to my house, now thats good service. The food...is good as well, I always enjoy marco's pizza.More

Pizza was an average pizza but customer service is something that this place should work hard to improve

Second only to Fox's but that is no insult. This place will set you up with some fine pizza. I order here frequently for parties and guests love it!

We visited the one in Greenville and we got two pizzas and took them home and everything thing about those pizzas were awesome. The cheese and sauce and even the crust was all good. It's my place to go to get pizza. There Bbq wing's...are really good to!More

Visited Marco's lately.....got our order wrong, got other orders wrong that were waiting for takeout. No manager in sight. All of the kids working there looked STONED!!! All of the customers agreed! I was talking with someone waiting on takeout and we were laughing about...him getting everything wrong because it was so pitiful, and when the guy brought one of the pizzas they had to redo, out to the customer, he looked at us with his glazed- over eyes and said that he knew we were talking about him! Paranoid much? Used to be our favorite pizza place, no more!More
