Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I frequently dine at L'Incanto. I always had a great dining experience , except for tonight. The menu and bar selections were "Stellar". The waitress "Asia" was substandard at best. She was dismissive and not focused on making our dining experience pleasurable. In all actuality,...I had better service and follow-up from a diner in the Bronx. I highly recommend this restaurant for its culinary excellence. But the server we had needs additional training on how to treat her customers.More

Fantastic restaurant in Greer, SC. From the hosts at the front, to the amazing cuisine and impeccable service from Katy, this restaurant has to be on everyone’s go-to list. Can’t wait to return!

We had my 80th birthday dinner here and family and friends flew in from New England for the occasion. Everything was letter-perfect! And the food, as always, was delish! The chef makes a wonderful vegan dish for my daughter when she is here and she...loves it!!More

The food was fabulous! We were late for an evening meal on Thursday, and they accommodated our party of 5. My granddaughters split a pasta dish. My daughter are the sea bass which came with no sides at all. My husband had veal and I...had a salad and vegetables. No complimentary bread was served. It was $300. It’s not for everyday for most of us, but good for special evenings. The veal could not have been better. The pasta was good and the vegetables were perfection. The sea bass was above average. We recommend!More

A perfect dinner for date night. We enjoyed the lobster ravioli and Shrimp Rivera, perfect cocktails, and the chocolate mouse for dessert. The service, ambiance, and food are superb. Simply wonderful.

The food and service are consistently amazing! Aaron remains our favorite bartender, although we aren't fond of the redesigned seating in the bar with a long bench seat against the wall and tables literally on top of each other = 0 privacy! Another detractor is...the Credit Card surcharge which is really a slap in the face! Increase your prices to cover... but don't rub it in my face. It's been a major turn off for us who used to dine here at least twice a month... and has lost them more business in the process as we alone have significantly cut back.More

Food was excellent (as always) and table service was very good. The 3.9% surcharge for credit / debit cards is absurd and frankly insulting. Our bill was~$311 with tip. I’m sorry but I don’t carry that amount of cash, even if we’re going out to...a restaurant. Be real, bump your menu $ by 5% and make an extra 1.1%. Stop annoying your patrons off with this ridiculous “surcharge”. Never seen it anywhere else. Not specified on website.More

My husband made plans for us to have a small gathering of family and friends here for my 80th birthday. Everything was perfect! Custom Vegan dish (delicious) for my Vegan daughter, Goat cheese appetizers, Sea Bass was terrific! And of course the famous "pork chop"...dish that never disappoints! Our service was impeccable. Easily the best restaurant in the Greer area!More

Food: It will Definitely exceed your expectations; you will be surprised. - Appetizers: Must try the Stuffed artichoke…. Skip the escargot (Lumache), it is very good, but not exceptional. - Entrée/main dishes: The Bolognese is the Signature dish, YOU HAVE to try it at least...once. One of my favorites is the Vitello Martini. The Quatro Formagi is very heavy, but “A Heaven dish” - Deserts: Tiramisu is always wonderful. The Bread Pudding is “The Signature” Drinks: I recommend the Blueberry Basil Margarita Service: Depends on the server. First time male server was ok. Second time, Jennette S. was exceptional. Ambience/atmosphere: Small place, not upscale, very relaxed atmosphere especially on weekdays. Value: Top dishes, reasonably priced. Overall rating! 5 out of 5 (mainly for food rating) Recommendations: It is our favorite Italian in our neighborhood. I can eat there every day, if I have to.More

Awesome experience! Greer is a lovely little town that has so much to offer, especially L’Incanto! Some of the best Italian cuisine we have had in quite a while. The Bolognese is fantastic and the Scampi e Pancetta was out of this world.! They have...a very nice drink menu too! The only advice I would give is to add a smidge of salt to the dishes. Definitely one to grab a table for.More

Seated immediately with reservations for 6. Took 2 weeks for a Saturday night. Pleasant linen covered tables. We were greeted promptly by a professional waiter (David) I think. Specials were given verbally. But prices were not. Some were found to be extremely high. Appetizers and...drinks were served relaxed and not rushed. Timing of courses were perfect. Dessert was amazing too.More

We find ourselves dinning at this restaurant 2-3 times a month! Serving consistently outstanding Northern Italian meals, with high quality ingredients, excellent complimentary sauces as well as sides, every plate is a culinary delight. Adding to the variety are the numerous outstanding daily specials... not...that I couldn't eat the Veal Martini every! Tonights specials included a perfectly charred seasoned Filet, cooked perfectly to temperature, served over a potato purée finished with a Gorgonzola wine reduction... perhaps one of, if not the best filet I've had! Chef Carlos is truly gifted!More

I was visiting family who recently relocated to Greer and wanted to take them for dinner. This restaurant had been recommended and frankly I never expected to find a restaurant of this quality in a small South Carolina town. From our greeting upon arrival to...our departure, a fantastic dining experience. An extensive menu, solid selections of wines and cocktails, our main difficulty was in deciding what to order. We each ordered one of the salad selections, and for our mains three of the veal offerings. I selected the stuffed veal chop and it was perfection! The service was prompt, professional and attentive without “hovering” and we were allowed to dine at our pace, never feeling rushed to order, dine, pay and move on. I’m certain that my family members living here will become regulars and will certainly provide me with an excuse for my future visits from Ft. Lauderdale!More

Yes that’s a problem, we were there when someone had a birthday party at the bar and it was very loud. We miss davincis also. It also created a traffic jam, near the bar that’s where we were sitting.
