Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Cazbah is a really great dining experience especially for date night. It has dim lighting, great ambiance, and sensual vibes. The host and server both exemplified great customer service. We got the lamb chops, hip hop salad, stuffed mushrooms, beef wellington, beignets, and strawberry...cheesecake brulee. I took one point off for my salad not having dressing (and I realized just today that I needed to ask for it because it didn't come dressed - bleh), and the cheesecake not having actual caramelized sugar on it (I was looking forward to cracking a candy coating), but these instances DID NOT take away from the experience. You'll want to keep eating, and probably run your bill up to the hills because everything is so good. I'd highly recommend!More

Cazbah has been consistently providing a great experience for years! A cozy but not crowded, cool vibe dining seating plus bar. David welcomes warmly and runs the floor with great attention, our waitress Grace was super and guided me well for allergies. The food runner...(I didn't catch his name) was also very professional and happy to serve! We enjoyed David's featured Syrah, delicious but not a $fortune per glass. We enjoyed lamb pops, chicken meatballs, salad, specialty herbed bread, the appetizer asparagus is a huge serving BTW. Our "small plates" were all excellent! great stop in downtown Greenville with easy nearby parking.More

We love this place. The portion size is perfect. We can share--or not. Our last time there we ordered 4 different dishes, and every single one was excellent. My favorite is the lollipop lamb.

We had the private room for my birthday. It was sophisticatedly decorated. The food was amazing. Our server, Trinity, was on point with all the recommendations. Her personality was perfect for our group and the guy who helped bring out the food was super engaging...also. He even offered to take our group picture so no one would be left out. They went above and beyond. This was so worth the 3 hour (one way) drive. I'm already looking forward to doing it again.More

I can not believe this Restaurant is as far down on the Tripadvisor list as it is! It should be in the Top Ten!! This restaurant was a result of a last minute “Where we gonna eat?” mad dash. The NCAA games were playing in...town and it was their final game that night. People were heading to the Arena like lemmings. We walked up and down Main Street searching for a place when we found The Cazbah on a side street. Great people in charge. Very energetic and enjoying what they do. Being a Tapas bar, everything was small plates. But, everything was also very delicious! We were just two, but we ordered: Lobster Cigars, Beef Wellington, Enchiladas, Panko Asparagus and 2 orders of Meat-A-Balls. They didn’t have the wine we first ordered, but the second choice: Villa Pozzi Nero d’Avola was nothing less than superb. We even got them to wrap it so we could take the unused portion back to where we were staying, but it didn’t last long enough to bring it home! Great Food, Excellent Staff, and despite all we ate, it was under $80. Looking forward to going back the next trip down that way.More

A true hidden gem that is amazing. Warmly greeted by Andrea the owner and seated in a cozy environment. Menu is amazing. Johnny or server offered great suggestions and was fun to talk too.

You just can't beat The Cazbah for all of their small plates entrées that they offer. My wife and I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad dinner. Some of our favorites are the Seared Tuna, Shrimp and Grits,...and the Escargot. The bar is filled with a wonderful wine selection and mixed drinks. Make a reservation because it does fill up.More

My husband and I tried 3 of their tapas or small plates the lobster fingers, the escargot in a cream sauce and the mini beef wellingtons. All 3 were really good, but our favorite were the escargot. If you like enjoying interesting cocktails, I highly...recommend the Lady Grey. I found the tea infused gin a refreshing drink. The have limited seating that are not high tops, so if you need a low table be sure and get reservation for one.More

We love tapas and Cazbah does some of the best! We did an 8pm seating on Saturday, and of course, the place was busy. With our first bite we understood why. The Lobster cigars were spectacular, and the Escargot Extraordinaire was rapturous. The Chipotle Duck...and Chicken Enchiladas did not disappoint. We ordered more, but those really stood out to us. For dessert, we had the Beignets and Chocoloate Empanadas - loved both. We might have found our new favorite tapas restaurant!More

We were introduced to this unassuming restaurant by friends who said it was their "go to place". They have enjoyed the delicious small plate options which leave one satisfied without feeling so full. One is a vegetarian and has been pleased with their menu. If...you have difficulty with high top tables you may not be comfortable as all but a few tables are high top. And there is seating up a fight of stairs in addition to street level. We started with salads. I had caprese salad which was generous. Two of us had shrimp and grits which were outstanding , another had portabella ravioli and the fourth had lobster ravioli. Great tastes all around! Very unfortunate that there was only 1 server for the entire second level while we were there!! He could NOT be as attentive as he should have been and by the time we left he was running up and down the stairs. That is a management issue! Can't wait to go back.More
