Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice atmosphere and server was very good. It's best to go elsewhere if you want an authentic Italian meal. Lasagna was served in a bowl, no structure at all, more like a hotdish. Mussels and shrimp pasta very dry, needed more liquid.

I had the spicy shrimp and scallops pasta and it was delicious. Huge portion. The bread they bring you out at first is very good and loaded with parm cheese. Very good service. Would eat here again.

I have eaten here many times, always excellent. Except for this time. The chef's salad with fried chicken had a cafeteria patty of breaded chicken, tough as leather. Before the chicken was actual fresh fried chicken pieces. The calzone was tasteless and small caesar salad...was extra. I will no longer recommend this place to friends.More

This place was nice place. I definitely ordered the wrong thing. I got the Portobello and Roasted Red Pepper. It was okay but was so sloppy it dripped everywhere and fell off the bread. I ended up eating it without the bread. My husband had...the Philly cheesesteak and he was in heaven. So he ordered the right thing. I will definitely try it again and will be sure to order something I know I will love.More

My husband and I stopped in for dinner last night and were very happy with our whole experience. The place has a great vibe, from the celebrity signed plates on the walls to the very friendly staff. I had the Margarita Pizza (10”), and my...husband had the linguine carbonara with chicken. Both meals were delicious and not too expensive.More

Our lunch was just ok. The margharita pizza is not traditional - and the waitress warned us - but it was unremarkable. The chicken salad was rather dry. It’s a cute place, but with so many wonderful options in Greenville, I don’t think we will...be back.More

Me and my husband at an early dinner here and we were not disappointed! We ordered the wings appetizers with ranch dressing and a personal size meat lovers pizza. The wings were ‘on time’! They were juicy and so flavorful! The pizza was very good...as well. The service was excellent and highly recommend! We will definitely visit again when go back to Greenville!More

We had 30 people with us for a rehearsal dinner. They were ready when we walked in had our tables together and already set and the weight staff was excellent. The food all came out at the same time which I have never had happen...anywhere with that many people. It was hot and very good. Everyone was very happy. I would definitely recommend them for large parties or just two people going out to dinner. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere is very pleasant.More

We were in Greenville for them FSU/Clemson football game. Trio was WONDERFUL! Easily my favorite meal of the entire trip! My husband had the lobster bisque (it was amazing, I tried it) and the manicotti with chicken. I had the Seafood Trio and it was...the best pasta I've ever had. Perfection. The brulee cheesecake was fabulous. We had to wait and eat it at the hotel, because we were stuffed. We are already planning our trip for the 2025 game! I can't wait to go back!More

Been here several times. Never disappoints. Tonight was finally able to secure an order of the baked chicken. Delicious. Usually isn’t available when we get there. They only make a limited number of servings each night. It was worth the wait. We also had baked...linguine with meatballs. Also delicious. Bread is always great. Service was awesome.More
