I'm not normally a fan of Mexican food as it seems bland. However, at this restaurant, the menu offered entrees for me and for my friends who are fans of Mexican dishes. I got the grilled chicken Mexi-wrap with fries for 10.75. I could only eat one half as it was huge. The taste was outstanding and I would recommend and return. Spouse got enchiladas verdes 13.10 and said his food was also good, but couldn't finish his plate due to the generous portion. Also, the chips and spicy salsa were hard to resist. House Margaritas were 10.50; on the rocks or frozen. We did have one person in our group whose meal was overcooked and the manager offered to replace it or not charge for the meal. They have a kids section. We went on a Sunday night around 7pm and had a 20-30 wait because they didn't have enough wait staff. I would suggest reservations.

Authentic Mexican. Not a chain, family-run. You can tell by the service, which had everything under control despite the full house. All dishes are delicious and authentically Mexican, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. If you like Mexican food, this is the place for you.

Friday in Greenville around 5:30pm and we had to wait about twenty minutes for a table but that was normal and fine. Our excellent server, Carlos, promptly took our drink ordered—— Mezcal Mule and Parrilla Margarita. We aOrdered the cheese dip to add to our salsa and chips and it was excellent. For entrees we ordered the Carne Asada and the Ensenada Fish Tacos. Both entrees were delivered to our table in a timely manner, very hot, very ample servings, and extremely delicious. Carlos checked on us often and was a outstanding server. We WILL return.

Despite the busy crowd and the waiting time (we had to wait 30 min for a table) it was all worth it. We had a family lunch our food arrived fast and correct despite the dietary restrictions I had. It was very tasty, (excelente) and the portions were large. Margaritas were great. Edgargd (the German/Italian server I think) was very attentive filled the empty chip container before you ask. The prices are reasonable. Will be back.

5. The food was great , it came out fast the waiter George was on top of all his tables with attention to all the details. We were there for lunch and I hear that is the best time to go because for dinner you might have to wait longer for a table.

We stopped in to split an order of beef nachos. The nachos had tons of ground beef but only 10 chips(we counted)! We sat 60 minutes without salsa, 45 minutes without chips, and never got a drink refill in the 75 minutes we were there. Hands down the worst customer service in town!

My husband and I have, for years, always had a great experience at the Market Point Dr location with the food, service, and cleanliness. It was always our first choice for Mexican food. Today, 9/5/20, was the first day we visited this location since the whole Covid-thing began. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed with the food, we decided we would not go back; it was that bad. He got the Texas Quesadilla & I got the Steak Quesadilla. The quality of the steak has always been very good; however, today we were unable to eat it. After chewing & chewing & chewing, almost every bite ended up in my napkin or left on my plate. To pay $13.50 and be unable to eat the meat was extremely frustrating. Aside from that, the whole table was sticky. Don't know why the quality has drastically declined but we won't make that mistake again.

Food was good but service was horrible. Waitress was the worst I’ve ever experienced. 2 food orders were almost 45 minutes late after initial orders arrived at table. I had to contact the hostess twice. Management never apologized or show any remorse whatsoever. Will think twice before returning.

My family has loved this restaurant ever since it opened. It is easily the best Mexican food in Greenville... when you go on a good day. When you go on a bad day, your service will be slow, your waiter will disappear, your order will get cooked incorrectly, and you will wait half an hour for them to get your order correct. On the good days though, the service is amazing and the food is extremely satisfying. We keep going back because of the good days. The bad days seem to all be since the pandemic began so it leads me to believe that most of their staff, including the cook, has bene replaced. Oh well, we will keep trying until it is not worth it anymore.

It's an interesting looking place and has a huge crowd. The name is Spanish for "grill". The chips and salsa were tasty and spicy. The supreme burrito was acceptable. The menu offers calorie counts, which tell how fat you're going to get, which I appreciated. The service was fine and relatively fast, given the large crowd.

We stop at this restaurant for Mexican food fix. It's about a 45 minute drive from our house but well worth the drive Super friendly service. Traffic off of woodruff road is always a challenge but again we recommend braving the issues and just kick back with a Texas Margarita and some great food.

I only visit Greenville once or twice a year so it’s important to eat at La Parilla. I ordered the Ensenada Fish tacos. And you can order two or three which is great depending on your appetite. I ordered two and they were excellent. Along with cheese sauce, salsa and chips the dinner was excellent. Our server Citlali was outstanding.

This place is definitely worth checking out! We had a wonderful lunch today. No wait on a Saturday around 12:30. I got the shrimp fajita rice and it was GREAT. My fiancee got chimichunga (have no idea how to spell) and he liked his as well. The cheese dip was small in my opinion to be almost $6. It was good but nothing extraordinary, just the same as you'd get at any other Mexican establishment. But I have to really brag on my entree. It was super good. I think it's also impressive that they have a huge menu. We will be back soon.

This restaurant was packed and we waited for 45 minutes to be seated. We were able to go out and wait in our car and they texted Gary when our table was ready. We had the best Mexican food we have ever had. All the servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was immaculate even with the crowd eating there. We will try to find a La Parrilla Restaurant near where we live in GA. We recommend this restaurant highly.

Had dinner with my sister here Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not slammed. The food was good. I had the Grilled Chicken Nachos. They were good only wish they had more guacamole and sour cream. The food made up for the slow service we got from the waiter. Did not refill our drinks. Only took our order, checked once to see if our order which was delivered came and hand us the bill. Service use improvement.
