Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best place to chill with friends or come solo and do work while drinking a nice craft beer! The atmosphere is homey and welcoming. :)

My husband and I were in town visiting and looking for an afternoon pick up so we stopped here. The restaurant has a fun, vintage vibe. The employees were friendly and our coffee was tasty. Definitely a great place to meetup with friends!

This a cool spot in a very interesting building. We went in the evening and enjoyed their beer offerings. They have an awesome refrigerator selection for taking home and a nice draft selection of local and regional craft beer. Staff was knowledgeable and a lot...of fun. They made us feel welcome and just helped us enjoy our visit. Dog and kid friendly setting meant families were there too so it was not a raucous place but a relaxing one. There are a lot of places like this, but I really had a good time at this one because they treated us so well. Good beer helps too.More

The counter staff was very helpful in explaining the coffee menu. I selected chia made with coconut milk. The drink was very mellow. I enjoyed it although I prefer a spicier chai.

Met someone for coffee and meeting. The coffee was delicious but a bit pricey. I also had a cranberry scone was good but was not fresh. Very good service.

It's a nice building, with lots of light and some plants. It's convenient to have both coffee and beer served in the same space. While the coffee was good, I can't justify the $4 for a cappuccino that was served in a much smaller cup...than usual. Lots of people here come to work on their laptops, and it's a relatively quiet space for that purpose. If you want an airy, relatively quiet space to do your work while sipping an overpriced coffee, that'll do it. I'd come here with friends and colleagues too, but not as a family.More

Told the bartender I came in for their $3 Monday special and asked for a recommendation. He asked me about preferences and gave me a beer. Then when the bill came it was for a $9 beer. He told me it was not on the...$3 menu. Never offered me a discount or even an explanation.More

I don't go out to bars much, but when I meet someone for a beer, I choose Grateful Brew. Great staff. Family friendly. And the design is great -- it can be full of people, and you can have a normal conversation with the group...you're with.More

Fantastic bar tender, great atmosphere, large variety to choose from. We will definitely be back. Huge local craft beer selection and great coffees. Perfect for either. Laid back vibes, and food truck schedule for during the week.

My wife and I wanted to try a new place for some Friday afternoon drinks. We've driven by the Grateful Brew quite a few times and thought to give it a try. The Grateful Brew is an interesting concept, Artisan Coffees and Pastries combined with...local craft brews and a small selection of wines. A very comfortable place to sit back and relax over the drinks of your choice. They have a rotation of food trucks as well. The service was friendly and professional. For a different experience give the Grateful Brew a try, we think you will like it.More

Cozy spot for a mid-to-late afternoon beer (or coffee). Friendly staff, good selection of local craft brews (both bottle and on tap). I would say don't come hungry as they only have some small snacks for purchase on the counter (pastries and chips), but I...do believe they have a partnership with several of the next door resturants for "to-go" orders. Work a visit with friends our a nice evening drink with your significant other.More

The title kinda says it all. Good craft beer with knowledgeable service. Good coffee options too. And the building is just a cool place to hang out in. Tall glass windows let in lots of natural light and for warmer weather they have patio tables...too. Dog friendly and the pita house next door has some of the best Greek food in town. Settle in for a couple brews and enjoy some downtime here.More

Full disclosure first, I do not like coffee. But, my wife does and she wanted to try the Grateful Brew on the advise of a friend. She had a cappuccino and I had a hot chocolate, both were somewhat warmer than lukewarm. The hot chocolate...was weak and tasted watered down. No food is served by Grateful Brew, but you can bring your own or wait for one of the many food trucks to stop by. The service was prompt, but the server was very upset about someone watching the Trump Inauguration via the wifi.More

Great new addition to the 29607 Zip Code. Specializes in craft beers on tap but offers coffee "brew" during the earlier hours. Food offered is through food trucks. Very good, lively atmosphere. Parking lot routinely packed.
