I love this place because they offer as many toppings as you want for one price and the fact that you can get a small pizza with a thin crust that tastes great. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I had a friend try it for the first time and she had the bacon with white sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. She loved it. She said it was one of the best pizzas because of the amount of bacon they had on it. The Iced teas are really good. If you haven't tried this place you are really missing out.

First time here. They are friendly and provided great service. Make your own pizza (like subway but better!) much faster than I was anticipating! Next time I am in the area I will be back

Terrible quality control and customer service

I ordered two pizzas online through the MOD Pizza website. I placed the order at 5:30pm and the website stated that the pizzas would arrive at 6:20pm. Well 6:20pm came and past with no updates from MOD Pizza and no pizzas, so I had to go out of my way and call the delivery hotline for MOD Pizza. Once I called at 6:30pm the representative told me that 3 drivers were put on the delivery and all canceled and there was no one coming. She placed me on hold and told me that she had found a driver that was 3 minutes away. I then asked if the pizzas would still be fresh and warm since the pizzas were suppose to arrive at 6:20pm. She assured me that the store wouldn't send out cold pizzas, but as you can guess the pizzas arrived rock hard and cold and one of the pizzas had a hair with lint inside the pizza that I noticed when I went to reheat the pizza and the other was missing cheese on half of it. At this point I couldn't have been any more frustrated since I was lied to from MOD Pizzas customer support twice. I called the support hotline once again to make them aware of my issues and that I was driving to the store to ask for two new pizzas, but to my surprise I was hung up on by the male representative probably because he was tired of hearing how bad the service of his company was. In conclusion I ordered a pizza at 5:30pm and spent more money to have it delivered but ended up having to drive there to get new pizzas and didn't end up getting to eat it until 8:30pm. I called their customer support number to share my negative experience to possibly help them fix the issues that streamlined my terrible experience but no one answers and it forwards to voicemail lol. Make this a warning to you that their delivery service is absolute garbage and that their customer support is rude and none existent.

Undercooked inedible pizza

For the 3rd time in a row, my pizzas from this location still had mostly raw dough. I don't know what changed. We used to get probably cooked pizzas. But lately all our pizzas are super doughy. I can't recommend this location at all and I won't be going back. Tonight was their last chance.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered take-out and noticed a missing item when I arrived home. Called the restaurant and was unable to speak to anyone! The phone just rings and rings. I'm wondering what would happen if I ordered Curbside and called, guess I would have to go inside... I called at least 6x and have not been able to get anyone to answer.

Quick and delicious pizza

We specifically came to Mod for their dairy-free cheese. Being new to the dairy free life has been an adjustment. And as someone who has pizza weekly, it’s been missed! Mod did not disappoint. Love the fact that you can get any toppings too! We will be coming back! (Pepperoni and pineapple with dairy free cheese, regular crust)

Delicious and quick service

Our family of 5 ate here recently. We've been to this chain in CO and CA and this one in PA is as good as those. The pizza was delicious and any combination of the numerous ingredients are available. There is no charge for how many ingredients and everything was fresh. The pizza cooks quickly and the regular size is large and half of us brought home the leftovers. Try it - it's great!

100 about MOD pizza online. It's the qdoba of pizza places. Order what you want for one price and by the time you pay for it it's coming out of the oven. Taste great, of course they made it the way that I wanted it no extra charges for more toppings. Try it you'll love it!

Mega Petra

MOD pizza was a staple when we lived in Seattle and I stopped into this location on the way to my hotel while in town for work. I ordered the Mega Petra and very much enjoyed it. The mega size has two layers of crust for those needing more carbs and the Petra had artichoke, bacon, jalapeño, pesto and cheese. I very much enjoyed it and would order it again. It's not typical Philly style pizza and, yes, it's a chain but this is the suburbs.

Surprisingly good pizza and salad

We needed a place for lunch for our 4 year old grand daughter. We tried Mod because the line at Panera was intimidating. Mod has quick service, and an excellent choice of salads and pizzas. The salads are fresh and healthy!

The Mega pizza was unclear in that means it is a double thick crust, but not any larger than the standard 11”. The pizza/salad making area appeared dirty. The food came out quickly and was okay. Nothing special to make it stand out. One thing I did note was that the cashier was performing other duties in addition to taking payments. While I sat there eating I was watching how things work. More than one person stood there attempting to pay but after a couple of minutes sat down and ate. I didn’t stay long enough to see if they went back up to the cashier to attempt to pay again. Overall it may have been a little faster, but I think I’ll stay with my local mom and pop pizzeria.

Yum, great family spot

Mod is such an easy place to go for dinner with little ones. You are able to pick a regular or gluten free crust, and then you have a huge selection of topping to pick from. It's then thrown into the pizza oven for a few and they call your name once it's all done. They also have a nice selection of drinks and milkshakes too.
