I was at the nearby Westin hotel across the street and stopped in as soon as they opened for a mid-week dinner on their first floor. I ordered poutine as an appetizer, which was easily the best part of my dinner -- crisp fries, gooey cheese, rich gravy. I was surprised at the portion size, which is clearly meant to be shared with two or more people, but that's on me. For my entree I ordered ground beef meatballs on cheese tortellini, and again, while potions were generous (I only ate half of it), I was disappointed. The meatballs seemed a bit overcooked, the marinara was watery, and the pasta was okay at best. The service was friendly but I struggled to get a drink refill, despite the fact that the servers equaled the number of patrons in the restaurant. I think there are clearly some menu items that are winners and it may be a fun place to have a drink, but your eating experience may be hit or miss.

Great spot, wonderful food and service. We were seated on the main floor as the upper floors were occupied with private parties. Weren't sure what to order as it is described with many meatball options. Our waitress was very capable and informative and made our lives easy with her suggestions. My wife had a sandwich with a standard meatball but I went with a variety to include the chicken and dumpling soup which was delicious.
We had a bowl of chicken meatballs in sauce, tots in "crack" sauce and a slider and all were great. Can't imagine the rest not being equally tasty.
Great stop and highly recommend.

Todd our waiter was friendly, informative & on point. He gave us his list of Pittsburgh sites & shared a lot of info.
Bar was a happening with reasonable prices. Love the menu lots of appetizers and meatballs as we like them.
I enjoyed a poutine with a Perroni. My spicy meatball with pesto sauce was delicious and my husband enjoyed his teriyaki chicken meatball with a sweet pineapple ginger sauce.

I don't even know where to begin with this one. My husband and I went to their Valentine's event over the weekend and it was the worst dining experience we have ever had. Our seating was for the 8pm-10pm; we didnt get seated until almost 8:45pm, as did everyone else. About 20 of us waited in the doorway the whole time until they were ready for us. The email clearly stated the 6pm-8pm seatings were to make their way to finish and or the other bars at 7:30. We were not even allowed to go to the second floor to the bar. Does it even exist?
After we finally got seated, our waitress was quick with drinks and the menu. Luckily all we had to do was circle our courses. Once the wine started coming out for the pairings, my husband asked for a cocktail and they said only 6 beers were available. The wine pairings did not come out on time with the courses they were supposed to. They usually came after we were done eating. Almost every other table got bread, we did not. A table next to us, they kept screwing up the other of their courses and bringing out the wrong ones. Another table behind us sat there for 45 minutes with just water.
Overall, the food was not worth the prepaid price. My scallops and risotto were good, but the ceasar salad was bland and so were the desserts. My husband got the lobster ravioli for his appetizer and only got 3 raviolis. We both got the scallops and there were 4, which were slightly bigger than a quarter.
The icing on the tasteless cake, our waitress had the nerve to write down the amount we already paid for plus it was $15 for one beer. Obviously we knew we had to tip according to the total bill. I have never had that done before. Very unprofessional.
We have been here for other holidays, but we will not return. This was poorly planned, very unorganized, and staffing was not the issue, so don't try and use that as an excuse!

We went here for a Bachelorette dinner and made reservations 2 months in advance. This was one of the worst experiences and brought down the vibe of our entire party. 1. Our reservation was at 7:45 at 9:18 we had yet to receive meals. 2. Our waiter ignored our table and throughout the entire time only brought us one drink. We had to go up and ask for service. 3. One person was served well in advance of the rest of the group. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this resteraunt. For making reservations month in advance they should have planned accordingly for our party and had the right staff available.

This place is meat ball focused so make sure that is what you are looking for. The food is awesome! We had no idea what they had until we got there. I had the baked potato bowl with meat balls and it was delicious and filling. I would eat there again. They also have a full bar.

Good and enjoyable atmosphere across from our hotel. Todd our waiter was fabulous, he even gave gave us his list of his must see things in Pittsburgh. A good variety to choose from especially their meatballs! We created our own meatball sliders with different sauces and balls with a poutine. Generous portions to go with reasonable prices and tasty food.

Great spot for dinner. Meatballs galore. Who’d thought a meatball had so many options. You should reserve a time spot on their website due to COVID restrictions. They have an outside area as well as 3 floors of restaurants. But, all time spots were filled very quickly. Highly recommended for a great, dinner that will fill you up.

We went to dinner at Sienna Mercato on a Saturday evening.
It’s a super good and beautiful restaurant with a nice atmosphere.
The food is good, with portions not too big and at a reasonable cost.
The staff is super nice

Good food, excellent cocktails, and friendly, efficient service (the good service was especially welcome since there are so many staffing shortages). We sat outside for dinner and liked it so much we returned later that night to have a drink at the bar. Fun place.

Came with out of towers, sight have ordered but so rushed we didn't bother. Wanted to check out Tetto, and have drinks there. NOT HAPPENING, we brought bags with boxes of our unfinished food, OH NO you can't do that.
Won't be back there.

Amazing meatballs and SO MANY gluten free options. It was hard to find gluten free options in Pittsburgh but this place was out of this world. I got the chicken meatballs, spicy marinara, & risotto. It was absolutely delicious. If I’m ever here again, this place will definitely be on my must have list!

Close to hotel, that's it. No rooftop bar access, no 2nd floor restaurant, ground level service only....our server M.M. was so so so not in the game. We got served....she spilled a nacho dipping dish, which was not even part of our order, all over my wife's back that splashed far enough to get on my shoes, a total epic fail...she replied "it slipped off the tray" and then ran away. She sent a guy with a mop....no notification to a manager,nothing.... didn't matter they were too busy bs-ing up front anyway. We were forced to salvage ourselves, even cleaned up the aftermath on the floor. New Napkins? NO. Any kind of TLC, NO!! We had ordered a side of Brussel sprouts, we ended up with 2, the second being air dropped on the table as MM ran away again. The meal, mediocre at best, I make better meatballs and I am Irish/German, so..... On the way out, we pointed out the huge stain on my wife's blouse and were offered to cover the cleaning bill.....really??? The whole meal should have been comp'd. We did have an awesome visit to Pittsburgh, this place totally spoiled it. Just don't!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! While the roof top of the Sienna Mercato is so beautiful there were MICE running around everywhere. We arrived for a few happy hour drinks, which was fine. The two girls at the bar were awesome. We decided to go to the second floor to eat and here's where things went left. We ordered our food - - I specifically ordered a chopped salad. When the salad arrived, it looked more like a Ceasar salad, there were tomatoes cut up so small you could barely recognize them, NO ONIONS and NO CUCUMBERS. I asked the waiter, whose name was Emma did I receive the wrong salad. She preceded to say that I had not received the wrong salad and it was a chopped salad. I explained to her that it was not, and she argued with me, that was the first mistake because why would you argue with a patron. I asked to see the manager. The manager DID not come to our table for at least 20 minutes and when she came she said, well I'll charge you half for the salad because you did eat it. Well, I didn't have an option since you never came to our table. My best friend grabbed all the bills and went to talk to the manager in private because she didn't want anyone upset. My bff came back and the manager provided us with a $25 gift card to comp us for the salad and the inconvenience. We went back to the roof top for an additional drink. We went to take a few pictures and wait for our drinks to be made and noticed mice running all around. We noticed at least 4 of them running in open site. The staff acted very nonchalant. We immediately left.
