I have allergies, and the server gave me a lot of confidence that the kitchen was paying attention to my allergies. Joel, the manager, was very attentive. I felt like they were going above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. It’s been a while since I went to this restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised! A lot of chain restaurants are on able to accommodate my allergies

There was a 40-minute wait on a Saturday at 7:30pm. Once our table was ready, our waiter came over to type our order into the mobile screen on the table. We didn’t see him again. We tried to order a drink on the table screen but it never arrived, or at least not before we finished our meal. Food was very good and it was brought out very quickly. The bussers were a little pushy trying to clear our plates. They came by several times (different people though).

This restaurant is located in King of Prussia. You are immediately transported to a tropical paradise. The music, decor, paintings. It has a Carribean feel. The service was very good. Prompt and attentive service.
The food on the other hand is average. Burnt conch fritters that tasted like hash browns. Coconut shrimp was a little dry but better than the rest of the food. Salmon tequila glaze came with beans and I requested plantain. It was a little overdone and lacked seasoning. Chicken in a salad was alright. Shrimp tacos was flavorful. Burger and honey chicken sandwich was overly fried. Overall a pleasant experience but not a great meal.

My best friend and I visited here for drinks and dinner. I as a professional in the industry was mortified by the lack of professionalism by the staff and let alone seeing people standing around not attending to customers. I felt for our server was stressed as she was also the bartender too which was hard to be attentive. Both my buddy and I did not like where we were sat to begin with. Now to the food, we both started off with an appitizer, coconut shrimp, they were cold and not temperature hot, the entrees were disappointing as well, same problem temperatures were off and my jerk chicken wasn't even seasoned like the way jerk chicken is with a kick, the black beans and rice were cold, and the plantains the only things edible. My buddy had mahi fish tacos and he mentioned to me they were Ok. Our drinks we ordered were commendable. But all around it was a big disappointment, It was my first time here and it wasn't a great experience. I would love to see management make this right. You'll have to convince me to return here.

I loved the menu--lots of pineapple and mango and not flavors I usually get elsewhere. Presentation of our meals was stellar. I wish I had taken photos. But the best part of this restaurant was the staff. Honestly, I have rarely seen staff so energetic, friendly and eager to please. It didn't seem phony to me, just joyful. Obviously, the manager is training them to serve their customers without begrudging the work. Thank you!

Bahama Breeze in KoP has been one of our favorite go-to’s for years - until now. We ordered 3 entrees and one appetizer to-go, picked up curbside and unpacked everything for a home-island experience within 8 minutes. Only one entire entree was fully edible. The others had to be tossed.
1. The grilled chicken was not grilled but pan seared in rancid oil. To be completely transparent, the broccoli was edible and delicious. The pineapple in the small fruit cup was on the cusp of fermentation. This was the kid’s entree.
2. Much to our dismay, the rancid oil also featured in the shrimp skillet. We expected only butter, but the layer of rancid oil topped the dish and contaminated the shrimp. They were vile.
3. The jerk chicken in the salad tasted spoiled, so that was tossed, too (no pun intended); as the razor thin slices were mixed throughout the veggies and toppings.
Again, to be completely transparent, the Cuban bread was divine.
$65 is a lot to pay for half a loaf of Cuban bread, a serving of broccoli, a few seedless grapes and a stuffed plantain. Will be a very long time before we are willing to try them again - very difficult to get the taste of rancid oil out of your mouth - and memory.

I meet 5 family members for a reunion lunch. We haven’t seen each other since before COVID. We sat “outside” which wasn’t really outside, it was like a sun room. Because the weather was cool, they didn’t open the doors. The tables were spaced apart. It was our server, Reese’s, first day and he did a great job. The have a great menu but I wish they had a vegan dish or too. I thought the black bean soup would be vegan but it was made from a “pork base”.

The food was terrible and so was the service. I give 2 stars because the "firecracker shrimp" was good. Jerk shrimp pineapple bowl and jamaican jerk chicken was awful to taste. I have had the same items in other places and this was not even worth a bite. Not sure what happened but this chain restaurant has been better in other locations. I was disappointed with this experience.

It was New Year's eve and we were seated as soon as we arrived. Over server was amazing I wish I got his name. He was polite, fast, and efficient. I know it seems like a small thing but when your server brings you refills without you having to ask I always appreciate that. The food was served without a long wait also. We both enjoyed our meals and my wife ordered dessert pineapple empanadas. Not only did she enjoy them but there were 4 of them for only $8. I would defiantly visit again when in the area.

Quickly seated outside [rotunda]. Our server, Ky, promptly took our order. Rum runner ok, Cabernet very good. Black bean soup very good. Mahi tacos good. Seafood Paela below average: Peas, rice, and chorizo good, scallops very skimpy, shrimp fishy along with the 3 of 5 mussels that opened (Do not serve shellfish unopened!!). Disappointed, not sure if we'll return, yet Ky was a great pleasure.
Seated quickly outside on a busy Fri nite. Our server, Ky, promptly took our order. Rum runner ok, Cabernet very good.

My son and I arrived at 5 PM and since we had reservations we were promptly seated. The place was very busy as could be expected for that time of day, but the service was prompt, and very friendly. The menu has an abondance of choices, many of which were Island type food, as best described. The food was very good and prices reasonable. We will be back.

We arrived 6 of us on Sunday @ 4:30. Two people in our party got there earlier and had their drinks already. Lucky them! We ordered around 4;40. Drinks never arrived until 5:30. Waitresses would come by and let us know she was running behind but catching up. We should have just left! With our drinks we ordered appetizers of nachos and salsa. Nachos were stale. Ugh. Dinner did come out by 6 but not going back there ever again. I’m felt bad for the waitress BUT management should never have put her in that situation. Cyclone a section down if you clearly don’t have enough help. The think was at 4:30 the place was not crowded.

We enjoyed our dinner here. My wife had 2 fish tacos, and I had Calypso Shrimp Pasta. Both were very good and the service was also good. With a glass of wine, our bill came to $37. Thankfully, we did not have the poor experiences of some previous reviewers, so maybe they have cleaned up their act. We will return when we are in the area.

This restaurant above and beyond for our group of 40 ish people. It was a last minute request and they were so happy and accommodating to take our group. From the managers, servers and kitchen stuff we would like to thank you so much for the wonderful night. Our meals were amazing and delicious, the servers Nicole and Kalil were fantastic!!! If you must go, just have a burger or something simple. I used like BB. Fishy fish. Everything is flavorless and dry. I suppose all these chain restaurants run their course and BB has.
