My wife and I went here for first time to try their Today & Tomorrow Pastas menu. For about $45 you get two salads or appetizers, two entrees and one dessert. We also had a $10 coupon for signing up for email notices. You also get two classic pasta entrees to take home. My wife had baked ziti and I had lasagna, both large portions and tasty. We took home my wife's leftover ziti, two classic pasta entrees and NY cheesecaket. The restaurant has a nice, classy ambiance and the service was very good. Our server was Alphonso who was attentive. Don't walk, drive to Maggiano's. You won't regret it.

My son's girlfriend took the initiative to reserve a table for my birthday on New Year's Eve. My husband and I ordered Fruiti del mar (seafood pasta) that was right up there on the top ten best I've had, considering we dined out in the city many times. My son and his girlfriend ordered their favorite, lobster carbonara and it looked delish. Service was wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing and while we had a late dinner I enjoyed my birthday dinnner very much. The cost was a bit on the high side but if you want quality expect to pay the price. Being a busy holiday I wasn't expecting the best but Maggiano's delivered, everything was perfect, making my birthday a great experience and we will go back.

Hosted a banquet for 100+ guests. Everything was well organized. The team is extremely accommodating to special requests. The food is outstanding; especially the chicken parmesan, meatballs, & desserts. The guests raved about everything. Yes, I'll continue to host a banquet here!

This pains me to write this as my family and I have always enjoyed a nice meal at Maggianos, however, we were extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with our take out family bundle meal. Given these times we wanted to support a favorite of ours but I can certainly say with confidence that we will NOT be returning and spending money on this restaurant anytime soon. We got a family bundle (supposedly it was going to feed 4) that included salad, Fettuccini Alfredo, chicken Marsala and bread. The pasta was enough to feed two and so was the chicken. I can say with confidence that if I was to dine in my portion would have been way bigger per person. The salad was proportional for 4 people but everything else fed two people (without leftovers). To put into perspective, my family and I had lunch that day, we had snacks throughout the day and were not even “starving,” but after this meal we had to find leftovers in the fridge. If this meal was half the price it would be worth it but to pay $60 dollars on a meal that claimed to feed 4 but only fed 2 was a rip off. I could easily buy1 lb of pasta at the store and could have saved us the time and hassle. Please be aware if ordering out from this restaurant that you will be paying an arm and a leg for barely any food. And if you are trying to feed a family of 4 you’ll need to buy two meals!

What a disappointment today's visit was! Have been a fan of Maggiano's for years, especially this location. However, today's visit was definitely NOT up to par. The service began ok but quickly deteriorated. The mixed drinks were not prepared as requested. Water and soft drink glasses were not refilled. The mashed potatoes were served cold. Had to wait while decaf coffee was brewed, and the dessert we ordered was not delivered for twenty-five minutes. We were unsuccessful in hailing anyone down to attend to our needs. Finally a server, not our own, took note of our delayed departure and obtained our dessert and coffee. The management did comp our dessert and our rescue server apologized. Our initial server appeared as we were leaving and explained she had attended to a larger party of over twenty. Hope the larger party fared better than we did.

I had ordered King of Prussia Maggiano's for carry out via online ordering for Mother's Day. I specifically bought gift cards/bonus cards for this occasion. The online ordering website didn't accept gift card/bonus card for some reason (only go through with credit card info or coupons). After contacting their carryout dept, I was promised that if I paid online with credit card, they can change my payment form to gift card/bonus cards after I come in to pick up the foods. I had purchased over $300 worth of food. When I went to pick up, I was told by their staff (Gina) that they don't honor changes in payments and to take it up with corporate. At this point, I couldn't cancel my order because it's Mother's Day & i ordered for 15 hungry people at home, and they already took my credit card info to process my order! It's incredibly frustrating to be promised one thing and told another. THEY BASICALLY LIED TO ME. I have always loved eating at Maggianos, but the lack of customer service deters customers from wanting to purchase gift cards with bonus cards that I now cannot use (they expire in a few weeks and I'm never in the area to eat Maggiano's because of distance). So thank you Maggianos KOP, for making this first time parent go through such a horrifying ordeal on Mother's Day.

I hadn’t eaten here in quite some time and boy was I disappointed this time. The dining room looked terrible. Rather than removing the unused tables, for “Social Distancing”, they put empty chaffing dishes on them. This made the room look cluttered. On top of that, these unused table have become a dropping point for practically anything. There was empty to go bags, dirty and clean plates, trash, corks, serving trays, cleaning solutions, packages of wipes and paper towel on the tables throughout our meal. Bread and butter were placed on our table almost immediately upon sitting down. Well done. It was another 13 minutes until we saw our waiter. We did ask another a server about getting served, but the response was so off putting, like we were bothering him, we didn’t say anything else. After our waiter did finally make it to the table, he had a habit of disappearing throughout the meal. I ordered a bottle of wine only to have him return t the table and tell me they were out of it. When the second wine was brought to the table, after uncorking it, pouring two glasses, the waiter proceeded to put the cork back in the bottle. Bottles of red wine, or any wine for that matter, are not generally recorked at the table, during the meal. This is a training issue. Although not our waiter, but the one we asked about a waiter, I found it intriguing that he walked around with a black shirt pocket full of white wrapped straws, as if we were in a 1950’s soda shop. Looked bad. The food was nothing special, but the portion size was large enough to share. All in all, a mediocre meal. The final hit of the night cam when we walked to our car, where we found a person standing next to it having a smoke. Marijuana, not tobacco.

This was our first visit ever at any Maggiano’s restaurant. I was very surprised to hear it’s a chain. After reading several of these reviews one thing is undeniable here, and that’s the price for the value you receive. We had early 5pm reservation on a Friday night, but we found everything to be absolutely fantastic. Our server was an older lady who was pretty dry and uptight, but she kept our drinks filled and service was quick so we couldn’t complain. I went with my wife and young daughter. Me and my wife got the meal deal for 2 which included cheese sticks, and 2 chicken Alfredo’s as well as a HUGE piece of chocolate cake for only $48 bucks. Additionally, my daughter got a cheesy flatbread that was huge as well! Everything with soft drinks came to only $68…and the portions are massive. We will definitely be back as the price for the portions/quality is definitely there! Much better value than Olive Garden, (in particular).

FIrst time here and we ordered the family sharing meals. Restaurant was busy but not full. Took 10-15 minutes just to get drinks. After drinking some of my soda i noticed the glass had Lipstick all around the rim! So this didnt start well. We flagged down a passing server who replaced it. The white tablecloth runner was also stained with ink or a dark substance. We had already ordered when the drinks came, so we decided to stick it out. It then took 45 minutes just to get the salad portion of our meal. The food came out so slowly that our original dessert choice was now out of stock and we had to reorder a replacement. We were near the server station and saw the manager laughing it up and joking with the staff, Oblivious to the wait times or stiuation. And no they didnt even comp us for the dirty soda glass I recieved. Not worth a return visit and do not recommend this restaurant.

Love Maggiano’s but everything about this visit was off, from a 10 minute delay in bringing balsamic, to a cold appetizer, and a chopped salad that tasted different from the 50+ others I’ve had. Even the table bread wasn’t great. Plus the restaurant was really dirty. Food all over the carpet, many tables left with used plates for a while after customers left. I love Maggiano’s but won’t come back to this location.

Hosted a bridal shower on a Saturday afternoon for 32 guests. Event started at 1:00 and Maggiano’s recommended appetizers beginning at 1:15. I arrived with the bride at about 1:10. Only some guests were offered beverages. The wines I selected and mimosas were supposed to be listed on the menu cards but were not. At 1:30 I still had to flag down a waitress (only one could serve alcohol??) to get my mimosa. Appetizers came out after that. Appetizers and salad were delicious. A guest at my table had to ask at least 3 times for hot water for tea. Entrees were also delicious but slow to arrive. Decided to have the bride begin opening presents. Had hoped to be served dessert and coffee during festivities. Service staff seemed to disappear during this time. No water refills, no asks for other drink refills, no clearing of used empty glasses. Had to request and wait for cake plates and cut and serve our own cake to guests. Banquet desserts were served after our cake and close to the end time. No one was offered coffee or tea!! Unacceptable. Then we were informed that they needed to set up for another event. I had to ask for our banquet leftovers and they did not include our dessert leftover as my contract stated. Wine was billed by the glass instead of by the bottle as promised, but since service was so poor my bar bill was minimal. I’ve attended events here before but felt like we were completely on our own.

Everything about this restaurant experience was mediocre. Food was not great but passable. Server forgot to serve an appetizer but did make good on by providing one to take home free of charge. Restaurant hasn;t been renovated in years, Booth cushioned seats are overworn. Table padding is worn and off balance, Disappointing experience.

Just know going into it there is nothing spectacular or a wow factor. Food is ok and spotty service. They do have a great deal for $6.00 you can take home one (or up to 5) classic pastas. Which is great time savor if you are busy and need to feed the family.

We had four adults in our party and enjoyed the appetizers and main courses. We order the stuffed mushrooms and sausage flatbread to start and these were hot and delicious. We had a mix of mains, Taylor Street Baked Ziti, Chicken Piccata and two Rigatoni Arrabbiata and the entire party enjoyed their meals which were well prepared, well seasoned and sized well. We were so stuffed afterwards.

We received a gift card for our anniversary. We enjoyed a lovely meal. It's located in King of Prussia near the mall. There is plenty of parking. Definitely make reservations. When we entered, it was buzzing with activity. Lots of celebrations in progress. Our server Anne was nice. We started with warn bread. I enjoyed the pomegranate martini. We had mushroom ravioli which was on sweeter side. The chicken scampi unfortunately had no flavor, my son enjoyed his chicken parmesan. We ordered a side of spaghetti oli and it was very dry. Tiramisu was delicious and served with caramel. Overall a nice experience but the food was average.
