Thredbo food options are limited outside of winter so we landed on pizza. Popped in and ordered the Alfresco special and a garlic bread. Yes the pizza is a little pricey and the large is not so large, but this is thredbo. Overall great service and good pizza. We would go here again.

Proved pleasantly good for dinner when most places booked out.

Recently in Thredbo for an early season ski when only limited eating places open. On this evening we found almost everything booked out so ducked in to get a takeaway pizza. We discovered an available so decided to eat in. The pizza was right up there in quality and being licensed we could wash it down with a tasty local beer.

Pizza was great, kids were not impressed with the pasta not sure how u can get spag bol wrong nor fettacini for an Italian restaurant.. I don't think there's an Italian chef!!

Have been looking forward to returning

Its been about 6 years since we last visited Al Fresco Pizza in Thredbo. It was brilliant then and with a level of anticipation we returned. Wow, it is still as fantastic as we remembered. Not only has the decor remained unchanged but the quality of the freshly made pizzas is as great as it was. Plenty of toppings with plenty of flavour and happy to customise with additions / deletions. Only issue is you do pay a Thredbo tax in the price.

Pleasantly surprised!!

We phone ordered very easily, and 12 mins later collected our pizza. Wow very yummy, it was hot and super tasty. Got the vego one, nice crust plenty of topping, $26 fair I thought. So if you don’t want to dine out this is a great option especially if staying at the hotel it’s 2 mins walk away!

Just No!!

So we walked in the place and the first thing that was said to us was if we don’t sign in we need to get out! That was our welcome! The rudeness of the owner was unbelievable. He obviously doesn’t want customers in his business. The pizza was ok but it had the very bare minimum of toppings with some key ingredients missing. Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here to be treated like this.

Delicious pizzas.

Very good pizzas, everyone was very happy with their choice. The service was friendly and efficient. Prices are high, but unfortunately that’s everywhere you go in Thredbo. The website suggests you can order online, however, this option does not work.

Great pizza with generous toppings The guys face awesome friendly service and the pizza was divine I ordered the large supreme , and honesty Only managed to polish half of it The toppings guarantee you’ll get a good feed after a hard day skiing Well worth it

Ok pizza, but look elsewhere for pasta.

Pizza was pretty tasty, but the pasta is overpriced. The spaghetti is watery and lasagne just ‘ok’. The lasagne cost $25 for a takeaway for what really should have been a $15 meal at most.

AVOID AVOID AVOID The RUDEST manager (FYI June 28 8pm) - we spent over $250 on pizza and you can't even allow an extra sauce for the wings? Really?? Had to have an arrogant, sarcastic comment to add. Considering the current situation of the world, and the lack of customers, you'd think being a bit more POLITE to those who come in to support your business woud be on the cards. Spaghetti was disgusting and tasteless. Ravioli was just basically swimming in water. Where do you get your garllic bread from? Woolies? Pizzas were cardboard with a bit of topping. Seriously - overpriced and attitude plus from the staff. You're lucky you're not my employees - you'd be out on your ear. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! These people need major attitude adjustments.... especially the manager. PATHETIC

Rude staff small but tasty pasta

The older man behind the counter needs to go, if he's/you're the owner you should find another occupation, you're obviously stale! His opening comment to me after I said gidday was "wadaya want" He complained it was quiet yet the place needed a good clean, noticibly the windows quite dirty & the floor needed a good sweep right outside the doorway. The ravioli pasta was reasonable in tatse but quite small serving considering approx $28 price tag, we were looking to share the meal (as almost $60 for lunch was excessive) with that price point however my 14 year old ate most of it and was still hungry after.

Take away pizza

Great food. They were happy to add to one of their pizza varieties extra ingredients for us. We were delighted with our pizza there was plenty of topping and the price was just the same as we would pay at home. The staff members were very friendly

Good pizza

We enjoyed a large selection of their pizza. They were good. Not greasy at all. The supreme was the best. The Mexican one was hot. We did byo and also bought some beers as well. They had a good selection. You can do take away if that is easier. A easy quick feed on the mountain

Nice pizza, owner rude as always

Yep, go here for great pizza bit don't expect a smile or a thank you from the grumpy old man owner. It's like he's doing you a favour to take your money and cook your pizza. Prices are typical for Thredbo. $25 for a small pizza which will feed two of you for lunch.
