Had a really nice evening in this small restaurant in a great setting. Host very friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Fabulous lunch of Pigeon Saltimbocca, with a very tasty amazing sauce. Wild garlic and fresh vegetables added a touch of class. Procecco and gin as an aperative and the hospitality of the owners Nachelle and Tony were a great start. For a desert we chose...cheesecake with caralilised rhubarb and strawberry comport. Just a wonderful setting We will be back Paul & BarbaraMore

I’ve been coming to Crantock for quite a few years now and this is the first year I’ve visted The Hevlas. I will be going back! Thank you Tony for the lovely cream teas which put a smile back on our teenagers faces.

We had an amazing cream tea here. The place is amazing: a paradise behind a house on the road to the beach. Also the hosts are very lovely and funny. A perfect place to chill out anytime during the day. Always happy to come back...:)More

A lovely oasis - lots of nooks and crannies in the gardens and a very warm welcome. A lovely stop for hot choc or a glass of something. Cakes and savoury plates. A very lovely place 😎😋

Looked around for a place to eat but all the pubs we visited were closed for food. Stumbled upon this beauty and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great friendly hosts and brilliant food we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I visited this charming Tea Rooms on Sunday with a friend for the first time. Walking into the garden was enchanting with lovely flower beds, trees and shrubs. Intimate spaces had been created with elegant tables and chairs where you can sit listening to the...birds or soothing music and feast on a small but delicious menu. Homemade cakes and vintage teapots, or wild pigeon wrapped in pancetta, steak, mackerel and taramasalata. We began with a light cocktail of proseco with mango sorbet. The owners are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. This place is dog friendly, is near Crantock beach which is also dog friendly. What’s not to like. Thoroughly recommended.More

We stayed in Crantock for a lovely week away. Luckily we found The Hevlas on our way to the beach on our first day. Booked for dinner that night. I think only open sat for dinner. Arrived and sat on he sun Terrance in late...evening sun. Ordered a great bottle of bubbles and took in the ambiance of the different themed areas of the garden. Nichelle was fantastic host and really made us feel like we where with friends. Food was great and never felt rushed we had another bottle desert. Tony her husband who is the chief came for a chat too. Lovely people and hope the business goes from strength to strength. Would have loved to have eaten a second time. Thanks We will be back.More

I had been told about this place and urged to visit. It's a great and unique place. You can eat and drink in the garden or in a small garden room which contains quirky items and a stash of interesting books and magazines. My wife...was in her element in the white painted shed/room. She loved it! The couple who run the cafe are really interesting and we stayed for ages chatting to them. It's a lovely holiday experience. Sadly not open when we visited slightly out of season this year.More
