We're sorry to hear your beef was cold and tough after waiting so long, Juliet. We're also disappointed that staff didn't advise you to order at the bar when you arrived. We will be discussing this with the team to make sure that the necessary...More
Our first visit - made welcome by the staff with the right level of friendliness and intervention. Very good pub food - my wife was particularly pleased with her roasted half-chicken and rosemary-dusted chips, eating far more of both than she initially intended to. My...chicken and mushroom pie was generous in both departments and full of flavour. A wide choice of gins and a decent wine list. Seriously likely to return.More

Thank you for visiting us and for your lovely review. The pies really are great, hope to see you both again soon.
I would definitely recommend going to the tide end cottage, it’s a hidden gem along the river.
The food came out fresh, got and delicious, good value too.
A great selection of drinks and served without a fuss.
The staff were friendly and accommodating to...my family and ensured that my family received an excellent service.
I shall be coming to visit again on our next adventure into teddington.More

Thanks very much for choosing us and for your lovely review. Hope to see you and your family again soon.
I went to the Tide End on Friday evening, and what a pleasant experience. The staff were excellent and helped us understand the protocols even though we hadn't booked. It was worth popping in, and we stayed for some food which was great value for...money. We remained for much of the evening and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be returning!More

Hi Matthew, thanks very much for the review, glad you enjoyed your visit with us. I will be sure to pass on your kind words to the team, see you again soon.
I visited recently with my husband, little boy and dog, and all of us were made very welcome. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! The service and food were both great, we couldn’t fault them. Would highly recommend!
