Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No one there to take our order when we walked in, one couple standing at the register. Two guys in the kitchen, mostly just fussing at each other. When one finally came to take the order of the folks in line in front of us,...we heard him tell them they were out of a lot of things.... so like two other groups we just left. Never a good sign to see the workers arguing with each other in front of everyone.More

We were looking for a breakfast spot in Hershey. Philip Arthur’s did not pop up in TripAdvisor but thankfully fate intervened. It should be on their list & yours for a delicious breakfast destination. The staff was friendly and the chef was very accommodating to...his customers. Food is good & you get large portions reasonably priced . Their menu also includes a large selection of sandwiches, salads, panini’s & pizza. Oh and they have a scrumptious sounding Sundae selection as well as shakes, smoothies & Italian ice. We will definitely be circling back to try something else on the menu next time we are in Hershey.More

We weren't thrilled with the food. Its a cute little restaurant tucked away off the main street. Small and cozy. Our waitress was friendly but a little addled. She messed up 3 of 4 orders. The eggs were raw in the middle even tho we...ordered over easy. I anted to like it but wasn't impressed.More

Food was large portions, but ok. Everything we tried to order they were out of, so we had to change our orders. The pizza was large but I think Dominos or Pizza hut has way better flavor. Pizza was very bland. The 2 or 3...guys that were working (not really sure they just walked in and disappeared. Took forever for them to get to the front when we walked in (place wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there). They didn’t seem thrilled to be working or that we walked in. We did order ice cream, mine was good, my daughters was freezer burnt and old tasting. It was ok, but I don’t feel much need to go back.More

We had lunch at this restaurant with our three grandchildren, ages 10, 13 and 16. We found lots of things on the menu that each of us would enjoy. The prices were reasonable enough that we could even afford ice cream for everyone - and...there were probably 15 or 16 different ice cream choices! We really like our salmon choices, the unique mushroom sandwich, and the four cheese panini that we ate.More

We chose this spot for the brick oven pizza and Ice cream. What could be better? Sadly, the owner manager Pat could be a LOT better. As we ordered. He was yelling at his staff and belittling them almost non stop. It was very disturbing....Then, we were brought the wrong pizza and said “oh no, sorry that’s not ours” to the very nice waiter. Pat from behind us said loudly and rudely “well what DID you order??!!” We told him the order. He started yelling at his staff some more then said “WHAT WAS IT?!” At which point I stood up and matched his tone and volume. He shook his head and said why you yelling?? I said “I’m just making sure you could hear me this time. Dude, you need to take it down a few notches. This is HERSHEY. Not Philly.” At which point he put a finger to his lips, leaned in towards me and said SSSHHHHH! He was so rude and l unprofessional. He made us a crappy pizza that was half cooked and stormed out. Rolling his eyes and gesturing “go away” the whole time. Did not state anything close to acknowledging his tantrum like behavior. Never got less loud or less rude. His poor staff were tip toeing around him and apologizing to us. We had four kids with us. Another family was there with young children too. It was a disgusting display of temper. After he left, other people said “you should see how he talks to his staff all the time.” I told him we saw it too. Thankfully Parker was a ray of sunshine and the only reason we gave them 2 stars. Poor thing was one of the victims of his rage and childish behavior. Like a bully in a school yard. It was very disturbing.More

We love to go to different breakfast spots all over central Pa and try new places. This is hands down the best breakfast place in central PA and it isn’t even close. It is gourmet breakfast with Diner prices. The Pantry in Hershey seems to...get all the crowds but The Pantry isn’t even on same planet as Phillip Arthur’s and neither is anywhere else.More

This was a very disappointing experience. The cafe is small, poorly lit, and underwhelming. The menu is interesting (fresh pizza, different types of sandwiches, and what looked like a great ice cream menu) and appropriately priced. The service was very disappointing, especially during a slow...Sunday afternoon. The young lady behind the register cared more about chatting with her friend sitting at the counter than the rest of the customers. A gentleman who I can only assume was either the owner or manager cared more about the music he had playing than his customers. The only person who provided refills and a to-go box for our leftover pizza was the gentleman who prepared the pizza. This is definitely a one and done!More

Stopped in, asked the man if we could sit wherever. He mumbled something and said order at the counter. We attempted to order at the counter. Attempted is the key word. It is difficult to order when the young lady rolls her eyes as your...order and repeated blurts out "HUHHHH?" (I guess no one trained her say excuse me?). The final draw was the last exasperated "HUHHHH" when I attempted to order my drink. We walked out. I suspected it was because we had masks on. Looking at the owner's Facebook page, I have confirmed my suspicion. Sorry if science doesn't fit your Ivermectin loving conspiracies. There are many other places to eat sans eye rolls, disrespect and anti-parasiticsMore
