What a privilege this was! Very Impressive

I will be recommending this place to everyone. I was in town for business, and I can easily say this has been the best Chinese Restaurant experience I've had, and I'm not embellishing. I didn't even get to the location before I was already impressed. Called in a takeout order, and the professionalism, courtesy, and patience with the person on the phone was amazing. I was greeted by the front staff and the owner herself as well, The courtesy and kindness is something I won't soon forget. Then the cuisine, omg. . . . Had the Teriyaki beef. Savory juicy tender beef with grilled onion pepper and sauce on side. This was delicious. Did the Chicken and Broc, Beef and Broc. Everything is fresh, vibrant, full of flavor. I have no downside for this review. Please go see them and give em love, because they give it back four-fold, through their service and food. I will be back when I return to the area!

Comfort Chinese food

Returned to China Wok after many years as we moved away from this place. Have great memories of taking kids to their buffets and conversations with owner Lee. She is a sweetheart with a warm smile, welcoming each and every guest and customize food as per their needs. Food is always fresh and delicious. Their complimentary ice cream is unique. I tried the Gramslam made of graham crackers. Vegetarian can find great options and they can make anything without meat. Eggplant with garlic sauce is a great option. Check this place out and you will not be disappointed.

Delicious Buffet!

I just love this place. I have been coming here for a while and did not realize I never wrote a review. So, this is your typical Chinese buffet, but the quality of the food is better. There are at least 10 to 12 options to choose from ... which includes soup, dumplings, and dessert! My favorite is the salt and pepper fried chicken. I just cannot get enough. And trust me, I make several trips to the buffet for more. And all this food is VERY reasonably priced. Finally, the owner is very involved in her business. Making sure the food is hot and plentiful ... and that her customers are happy. Kudos to her.

Best I’ve had in awhile

Nearly every time we get Chinese we order the same thing (Sesame Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice), so it’s pretty easy to gauge one restaurant against another. As far as Chinese takeout restaurants go, China Wok is very good and the best I’ve had in awhile. The not-hard-to-look-at waitress also gave me a free drink, which was a nice bonus. :)

Foodie paradise !

Wow! Stoped in for lunch on Friday. They advertised Buffett but was wary because the place is small. OMG! What a treat... the choices included general Tao chicken, Chicken and broccoli, shrimp in a seasoned brown sauce and a tofu dish There was soup and spring roll as well along with veg fried rice. Desert was choice of cake and ice cream SOOOO FULL and content If you usually hate the low quality of Buffett meals here is your chance to eat like royalty!

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover!

On paper I would expect this restaurant to be blah. China Wok is about as generic as a restaurant name there is. It's laid out more like a take out restaurant with those projected pictures of Chinese dishes above the register. The menu is massive, which typically is a bad sign. But this place is really good! The name and atmosphere of the restaurant really doesn't give justice to the quality and portion size of the food. Fried dumplings... you get 10! For the same price you typically get 6. You get free fried wontons and a scoop of ice cream when eating there. Just some really unexpected and nice features of the restaurants. We have been there twice, and had two different waitresses. Both were absolutely fantastic. Like 2 of the best servers I have ever had. While I didnt have any dish that I thought was to die for. In the two visits we were there, we had about 7 different entrees and every single one was well above average. Which is surprising with the menu size, but I am excited to try some of the other dishes.

I can NOT think of anything bad to say ~ ALWAYS!!!

I usually just stop in to get a quickee take-out order here at CHINA WOK in Eagleville...I work across the street, and so it's conveniant, but OMG, it's always terrific, too ~ ALWAYS!! My FAVest combo, when I'm feeling kinda 'shrimpie', is Shrimp Spring Rolls, Shrimp Fried Rice, and their {5} Fried Shrimp.....Just INCREDIBLE!!! The shrimps are forever fresh and tender and always SO hotta!!! Audrey, the sassy Lady at the front, always knows your name and always throws stuff into your order...NOT just soy sauce or duck sauce or fortune cookies {which is REALLY COOL!!!}, but doubles your order of spring rolls, FREE!?! Or, a FREE drink or whatever...She is always so pleasant and could not be be cordial....She alone, makes the deal a must!! But beyond what I've been able to enjoy so far, their Lunch or Dinner BAR is SO amazing....What a deal?!? ALL quality items and they're very much on top of replenishing the items BIG time... Also, I don't know of anybody that EVER said anything bad about the place....Very clean from front to back, rest room included, and the VALUE of what your dollar gets you is tops in my book..... I can not wait to return and try something else.....I'm getting hongry just thinking about it...!?!

Great food, great people

Whenever I travel, I try and find good local restaurants. I’m glad I found China Wok. The Crab Rangoon, Hot and Sour soup and Hunan beef were all flavorful. Next time I’m in the area, I will be eating there! Very friendly people and looks to be popular with the locals. Can’t go wong. See what I did there? Thanks!

Top notch Chinese Food

Always a great place to get Chinese takeout with fresh ingredients, authentic and delicious food. General Tso Chicken is tasty, Sweet & Sour Chicken is sumptuous, Wonton Soup (freebie) is good. The owner & manager always know her customers by name, very remarkable feat and outstanding customer service.

My Favorite Take Out Chinese Restaurant

Hands down the best take out Chinese in the area. You can eat in, but there is too much foot traffic for me. A lot of patrons love the in-house buffet. My personal take out favorites are the veggie dumplings, bone-in spareribs, vegetable lo-mein and the sesame chicken. Audrey at the counter is the best. You are always greeted here with a smile and a "Hello." The food is tasty and flavorful with a hard working staff.

Always knows you

You feel so welcome when the owner sees you and remembers you. The food is fresh and the dining room is very pleasant. They do huge carryout business but do have a nice dining area. BRING CASH. They do not take credit cards.

China Wok has all standard fare chinese food. Everything we have had there is very good. They get busy and only take cash. Staff are always very nice and helpful.
