Good wings, fair service

The wings were tender on the inside and lightly crispy on the outside. The flavor was good; however, the "heat" was a little overbearing for the flavor. The service was not great. The server cane out with a frown on her face and barely smiled the entire time. She did not come back after I received my food until she brought the "check." The noise in the place was nearly unbearable.

Food is good. The sandwiches are huge and delicious. It's a sports bar so it is very noisy. Not a good place to go for quiet conversation

Go for games not for lunch

I am a long time Buckeye but I will never understand why Buffalo Wild wings is known as B Dubs. Makes no sense to me. Anyway, had heard so much about it that I finally stopped in for lunch. If you are looking for a great sports bar or just an evening hangout with a group of coworkers, there isn't a better place in the county. However, if you want a fast cheap lunch stick with the fast food places. My express lunch took half an hour as they never called my name and there were no napkins or silverware in the bags. Guess they think salad is a finger food. The food was only average and the service was atrocious.

Food took forever 15 minutes just to get water , food came out staggered and COLD . I had to go get my granddaughters food from the kitchen , no need to blow on it it was room temp. Mine finally can and it was cold . the rest was finally delivered and yep it was COLD !!!! Server told us she was not allowed to deliver her own orders to the table ? WE did talk to manager and he did not charge us for 4 of the 7 meals we ordered . I won't go back !!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Waited 15 minutes to be seated because no one was cleaning tables. There were plenty of dirty tables that needed cleaned. This should have been done to avoid families and couples from waiting way longer than necessary. The staff wondered around like the walking dead and dodged to the back room. I saw plenty of staff walk out then duck back in to avoid having to do anything. We were told it was a 45 minute wait for our food. We said this was OK. Our fried pickles came out in 45 minutes cold and the dipping sauce was near frozen=HORRIBLE. A different waitress brought a hamburger and fries and I told her I did not order fries, She took it all away. Five minutes later another different waiter brought out only onion rings, We told him it has been an hour and our order is not right. At no time did my wife's order came to the table. We waved our waitress over to complain and tell her we were leaving. She said she wouldn't charge for the pickles. How nice of her to only charge us $7.04 for two drinks we did not finish. It will be a VERY long time before I visit this location. I go to the other towns that have Buffalo Wild Wings often enough to wait for the other locations.

VERY GOOD OPERATION!

This BW3 is very much like a locally owned business. The quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the attentiveness of the staff, are all Top Shelf! Mike and Madison; Managers of this location, consistently visit tables and the bar; to make sure that customers are pleased with ALL aspects of this restaurant. It was a very relaxing visit; the service was great;so was the food! One of THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER at a BW3!!

Don't usually go with family or kids because of the loud bar and the cost. Went with some friends to watch a game. Large selection of beer and lots of televisions. Very social crowd of what appeared to be regulars.

Staff was great with large group

Staff did an amazing job with our large group of adults and kids. (22 people – 6 different families – separate checks – kids on one end, adults on the other). Food was okay.

Good food fair prices

A great place to go and watch some sports on the many T.V.s while you eat some wings. They are always busy and the food is hot and fresh. I do think they are somewhat pricey, but if you go on Tuesdays or Thursday they have specials on wings.

Very nice BWW, clean, lots of TVs that were clear and in great condition. Service was quick and professional, my beer never ran out. The boneless wings were great, just what I needed when on the road away from home.

Jessica took great care of us!!

Husband and I checked into hotel and decided to hit Bdubs for dinner & preseason football. This location was very clean and the workers seemed very friendly. Sat at the bar and Jessica quickly had some tall cold beers in front of us. Wings and potato wedges were hot and tasty w/quick delivery. We love Bdubs and love visiting different locations around the USA.

I know people think of date night as a romantic place quite ... well I love our date nights to be exciting and a place we can sit and act goofy by our selves and with others .. the staff was great food was on point and they didn't even get anything wrong , that's new for me as im kinda pickey lol overall it was great :)

This place has improved!!!!!!

I've been disappointed by this place in the past. The service had been slow in the past and the food wasn't to out liking. However, in the last three visits over the last 9-12 months, we are pleasantly surprised that the owner has got this location and his Findlay location turned around. The service has been exceptional with highly attentive waiters continually visiting the table and asking for our needs. The food comes piping hot and as we ordered. the flavor is good and how I remember it when this place first opened. They are soon to open another location in Tiffin and I hope that goes as well as the Marion and Findlay locations have improved. I recommend this place again, but would not have a year or more ago.
