Used to have great fries

McDonalds always used to have great coffee and the best fries anywhere, but ever since they did away with trans fats, the fries are limp and tasteless. Too bad. However, I love the Chicken McNuggets, and Big Macs are still wonderful.

Fast food lunch.

I frequent this location often because I like their fries and dollar menu. It's a very busy location and the wait is often long. It seems to me that they have TOO MANY people working around the drive thru because often times it's mass confusion is there and several cars out front in the drive thru waiting area. The food is good!

Lately McDonald's seems to have trouble getting orders right. So if you get food through the drive threw, check it before you leave. Food isn't always hot like it's been sitting for a while

McDonald's fast food. What else can one say? I cannot believe though that the owners of the Mall would allow this restaurant to be build directly in front of the front entrance of the mall - and they wonder why they are in trouble.

Poor service, overcharged for food

Stopped at McDonald's on Marion Waldo Road (across from Kroger) after watching a movie because it was close and convenient but wish we had gone somewhere else. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time on a weekend evening but the counter help was rude and overcharged me. Restrooms and seating area were clean which was a good thing. Server acted like they would rather be somewhere else. Forgot to give my son cup for drink with his meal combo, acted like it was his fault. He paid for his own food and then I ordered for myself and my wife. She wasn't real hungry so just had a shamrock shake (best thing at McD's but even more elusive than the McRib) and a small fry. I ordered a medium buttermilk chicken meal and asked to substitute a a shamrock shake for the drink as I didn't want two drinks. First I was told that wasn't possible (it is for an extra fee), then was charged for two shamrock shakes and full price for the meal combo, even though the one shake was substituted for the drink. Seeing that, I asked for a medium drink since I was being charged for it. Clerk insisted again I wasn't and shoved the shakes at me. I paid a total of $13.05 for a buttermilk chicken meal w/ shake, a second shake, and a small fries. If I had known that I would have just ordered off the dollar menu or the 2/5 selections or just gone somewhere else.
