Best Pizza Anywhere for Value!

Best Pizza for the Money! Using the mobile app makes ordering a snap and the food is ready when I arrive. Love the thin crust.

RUDE, OVERCOOKED, JUST HORRIBLE!

Tried to get a non-overcooked pizza, which it is just stupid that you have to ask for lightly done, that they couldn't get it right even when you ask. The service from the regular staff was bad, but the service from their manager Joe was the worst service I have ever received. The regular employee touched my overcooked pizza when she had no intention of getting me a new one, and was too busy trying to prove me wrong then to just get me what I asked for. The manager Joe even had the nerve to tell me he didn't need to talk to me. Horrible service and the food is not good enough to support such rudeness.

Little Caesars is one of the approximately 40 pizza places in Marion, which includes the national chains plus regional and local stores. With all this competition, they have to be on top of their game. Strengths are the products, service, and location on Mount Vernon Avenue. On a Friday night or Sunday afternoon, though, that can be negative as it is almost impossible to make a left turn against the traffic and it the parking lot is so narrow you can wait a while to get out when the drive through is backed up. On this most recent visit on a Saturday evening traffic was not an issue. I ordered, paid, and was out the door with a hot bacon wrapped pizza in three minutes. Clerk was friendly and helpful. Store was empty except for one older couple who had called in an order in advance but had to wait because something had gone wrong. Clerk apologized to them and gave them a discount on next purchase. There is one unisex restroom, did not check it out. Store is accessible and accepts credit cards.
