Nice remodel

This is the only starbucks in Marion, and the service is not super consistent, but the interior is nice after their recent remodel. I've had great experiences with perfection, but I've also had apathetic visits with error after error. If you have a allergy or need something dairy free, I recommend watching them make it. I have in several occasions been given a drink with dairy. Thank goodness I only get migraines and don't have a more serious allergy like some of my other friends. I gave them a 3 instead of a 2 because more than usual if they mess up, they make it right.

Slow and not worth it

Went to Starbucks on a weekend which was a mistake. There is ample inside seating but I thought i would go with the drive through to save time. Wrong. Drive through was so slow people shut cars off rather than idle for several minutes in the heat. When I got to the intercom to order I had already decided on a pumpkin latte (tall, $4.25, since I had a five on me). That sizing is part of Starbucks marketing genius- you feel like you are getting more for that $$ because you get a tall, grande, or large not a small, medium, or large. You regulars knew that, but I was impressed by the tactic. Heard person clearly and he repeated it with the correct charge. That can be an iffy thing at some fast food places, so again I was impressed. Had several more minutes to get to to pickup window, and then things went south. First, I was a little surprised to see a tip jar at a drive through window. Original, yes, but offensive, Paying extra just to get an order handed to me? Nope. Also, I handed my five to the clerk who had been so helpful earlier and he stared at it like it had the zika virus on it or something. He then asked me if I had another quarter because my total was $5.25! I informed him it was $4.25 and he owed me change. He asked again for another quarter and read off the order for the car behind me! I corrected him and he said he would have it ready in a few minutes. I inquired just what they had been doing the whole time I was waiting in line. I suspect they were all paying more attention to the OSU game than to the order screen. Finally got my order. To their credit, it was very good but it will be a very long time before I go back based on such poor service.

I doordash here every day and the girls here are horrible rude and they take forever to make your drinks.

The teenage girls that work here are rude as fk. Talk about a better than anyone complex. If you like ride service this is the place for you. The wait is long and the service is horrible!!

Manager change needed before we go back....

Have frequented the store for years but we won't return until we hear that the current store manager is no longer there (which shouldn't be too long....). It's a decent store with some really good staff members.

Unprofessional.

Yesterday, we were simply asked to leave- about 3 hours before posted closing time. The 'manager' just waltzed over and said they needed us to leave because they' were closing early for remodeling. Before this, said manager was siting in the cafe arguing on the phone with someone for all to hear. We observed a group of people were turned away for the same reason.! These people should have been served. When I called to voice my concern, the "19 year old adult" who answered simply argued and whined that she was " only 19, " She made no effort to listen to what I had to say, an simply reacted in an immature, definsive manner.

This location has some of the best employees I've seen at any Starbucks location.they are always busy and yet,wait times for excellently prepared hand crafted drinks is almost always minimal. They are always friendly ,no matter how busy they are.

ALWAYS A RELIABLE CHOICE WHEN YOU'RE ON THE GO

Multiple options on your coffee choices and great selection of breakfast sandwiches and more make this a great place to whet your hunger when you're on the road, like we were, or have more time to set and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was all one would expect from this popular chain of coffee shops.

Good Coffee Stop

This Starbucks lived up to my expectations for the chain. The facility is quite easy to find on a main drag just off US 23 in a rather dense commercial area. The convenient roadside location is on the corner of a small strip plaza. The familiar green logo sign makes it easy to spot. The facility itself is very typical of the chain and provides a nice relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy a brew. The service was very polite and efficient during my visit. The dark roast pourover coffee was as satisfying as always. If you need a place for a java break, this is a good bet.

This Starbucks has a nice plenty of seating inside, a patio and drive thru. The staff is friendly. Just minutes off exit of route 23, across from Mathews Ford. Enjoy

The only reason I came here was because I was given a gift card. I know I'm no connoisseur of coffee, so I find nothing extraordinary about it. It is definitely not worth the cost.

Great location when passing through

I was on a business trip to Columbus from Detroit recently and realized that it was Pumpkin Spice Latte season, so I whipped open the Starbucks app on my iPhone and looked for the closest location. I ended up here, right off the highway. On my ride home, I randomly turned off the highway because there was a sign for Starbucks on the highway and realized I stopped at the same one from the drive down! Used the drive through both times and the experience was great!

The people here are always very friendly and the drinks come out fast! They have never messed up an order of mine. Love this place!
