Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely great food!
I was impressed. I went expecting basic bar food, but this was two steps above!
Price was a little high for 2 adults and 2 kids, but again the food was great so it was worth it. The beer selections were great, and they let us sample which was even better.
I had the cod! It was perfectly fried.
My friend has the steak and strawberry salad with vinaigrette. She said it was amazing.
The kids had wings (their choice of sauce) and seasoned waffle fries, it was yummy!
Great relaxing atmosphere and friendly service.
- Our spinach artichoke dip tasted like a mix between potato soup and clam chowder, we didn’t eat it.
Also the aoli wasn’t good. I recommend the restaurant trying a different recipe like a chunky garlic. It would have paired great with the kettle chips!
Overall, nice place. Wish it were closer!

Considering the limited hours of restaurants currently, this place is a gem. Very good beer, excellent wait staff and very clean. We had an appetizer for a late lunch, then rushed back near 9pm because we failed to realize that all restaurants closed early here (the Lafayette Hotel's Riverview Roof told us they served until 9, but when we went at 8, the doors were shut) so we looked around for another spot and the Marietta Brewing crew took us in and fed us near 9PM. Had a large burger and it was tops. Sam the waiter and his manager really took care of us. We hope to visit again someday.

Mom and I were out shopping all day and we were tired so we stopped in, just to see what it was like. Wow loved the place it was kinda like walking in to an old time tavern with the wood work, the food was great and the root beer was better than the old A&W root bear that you got in frosted mugs. I will def be back.

My wife and I sampled every draft beer, and loved them all, but the Cinnamon Porter was the winner for us. Amazing flavor.
I had the Cowboy Burger with Coleslaw, and my wife had the Portobello Gouda Burger with Fries for dinner, and we both left full and satisfied. We even bought a Brewhouse Pizza to go so we’d have a midnight snack, which was maybe the best flavor of everything else we’d tasted there.
Fair Prices, great service (thanks to Sam) and great food. Go there!!!

Went to this place based on the good reviews and I was hankering for a burger. Atmosphere was nice, what you'd expect from an upscale brewery. High quality classic rock on the sound system, a TV over the bar showing soccer. Service was excellent, my server Sam was right on top of everything. I ordered the Atomic Burger (jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, LTOP) medium rare and onion rings (well done please). The burger was excellent, the rings were outstanding. I tols Sam I'm not a beer connoisseur and was in the mood for something light-ish, he recommended the Coopers Copper amber ale which was so good I had two. Highly recommend this place.

Love this place. My son lives in Marietta and we visit him often. Great food, love the beer, burgers, pizza and bruschetta appetizer. Was sad to drive up on a sunday and see that resturant was closed. I hope this resturant will open again on sundays as this is the day we visit most often. Great staff and very friendly service.

On one hand, good beer, on the other, the staff seemed to be numerous but many walked around like they were off on some search for something or another. When our waitperson did take the time out of her busy schedule to come around and take orders (ten plus minutes after seated), simple questions were treated as if it was some philosophical inquiry. We had pretzel bites, one beer, and left. Like I said: good beer and nice little place but staff seemed as if they could care less that particular day.

was iffy about coming here because it is street parking only, however after talking to my daughter, she said that they have always been able to find a close place to park and she was right on. even though it was a fri. @ 1pm, there were plenty of places to park nearby but they are parallel parking. We were seated immediately and our waitress was one of the best we have ever had. i wish that we could always have a waitress as friendly and efficient as she was. we had the beef nacho appetizer, fried fish, coleslaw, fries, beer cheese burger, with sides of beer cheese, and onion rings. the food was delivered quickly and hot. Enjoyed our visit so much and enjoyed the decor of scenes painted on the brick walls. Thank you marietta brewing company for an enjoyable afternoon.

This place has pretty decent food, from wings and sandwiches to steak. My husband enjoys their IPA on tap, Smashed Up (?). We enjoy coming here when visiting family. I especially like the rueben and my husband loves their Atomic Burger that has jalapeños and served with a hot sauce. The staff isn’t friendly but they are not unfriendly if that makes sense. They always seem efficient though but just never engaging or warm. We’ve eaten here three times in the last 4-5 months.

Have been coming here for 20 years. My guess is this place will not be open more than 1 more year. Food menu has been slashed by 80% and what is left is highly overpriced and not fit to eat. They were also out of their best selling beer. I’ll not be coming back.

I went in for the beer and they have a nice collection. I had their milk stout which was fantastic, no bitter notes. Mostly the menu is burger heavy (and other sandwiches with a few entress). My burger was quite good. It's a nice space.

We looked forward to dining here ever since we saw the brewery was walking distance from our hotel. Our server was friendly, a big contrast to the host who behaved like he wasn't sure he wanted to seat people. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and then shared a pizza. Both dishes were decent. Naturally, we enjoyed two beers. The brewing company space is nice, but it's not an outstanding restaurant. It's solidly very good.

I was in town visiting my son who is a student at Marietta College and this was my first time eating here. Service and staff friendliness were top-notch. I tried one of the IPA's and it was fabulous. We ordered wings as an app. Ask for the House Sauce...best wings EVER!!! Our group had burgers and a salad, all exceptional. We had a short wait for a table (social distancing) which was no big deal because it gave us an opportunity to explore the shops on Front Street. We left a cell phone number and were sent a text when our table was ready. I'm totally in love with the beer and the house sauce. Will be making this a "must stop" for all of my future visits to Marietta.

Located on a nice downtown street, it is a nice size restaurant. I stopped for lunch while passing through.
I tried the wings and they were excellent. Cooked well with a crispy outside, but not over cooked on the inside. I really enjoyed the house sauce, which I would describe as a hot barbecue. They also make their own dressings. Tried both the blue cheese and ranch, both were excellent. I also tried the waffle fries which are also good.
The place was very clean and the service was excellent. Prompt and friendly. In you find yourself in the area, I recommend trying this place out.

The craft beer was great, and they had many other choices. Food was yummy for a brewery. They seemed to be a bit short handed but the staff was really hustling to serve. Seating is reduced because of the crisis. The place was busy. We would go again!!
