My husband and I have been going to Easton for over a decade together, but had never tried this place. Finally decided to try it, and it was amazing. We will definitely be adding it to our Easton must do list.
The guy that sat us was very nice. He answered some questions about the menu and was very willing to talk. Our server, Kelsey P, on the other hand was the only down side to the meal. She was very short with answers and seemed to be bothered by our questions. She also told us they were out of bisque (the whole reason we came there to eat) and when we asked the guy who sat us he said they had bisque and didnt know why she'd say they didnt.
Anyways on to the food. We had the pretzel bread, drunken shrimp, lobster and crab bisque, wedge salad, then we split a build your own surf and turf, and have the s'mores dessert. All of which were amazing!!! The bisque is almost a stew there is so much meat in it, and the flavors are amazing. And the kitchen took it upon themselves to serve our entree on two separate plates since we were splitting it and that was a very nice surprise. The potato covered scallops are SO good. Actually every single thing we ate was good.
I had the limoncello sangria with my meal and it was very light and refreshing. My husband had a white one which he said was one of the best wines he's ever had, but I dont remember which white it was.
Loved our time here and we will definitely be in again next time we are in Columbus.

Very good food, decent ambiance and quiet setting where you can hear and be heard add up to an excellent choice for entertaining clients or friends. They make and sell their own wine here, which I’m told is credible but I didn’t get a chance to try it. They also have a little gift area of nice wine-related products. Interesting location within the Easton mall makes it super convenient for taking care of shopping and easy access to parking.

I had lunch here with my mother. We split a pitcher of raspberry sangria and it was very tasty.
Unfortunately, due to supply issues the entree I wanted wasn’t available. Instead I ordered the salmon lunch entree and it was delicious. My mother had the chicken piccata and said it was good, but not as good as other entrees she had there before.
For dessert again, what we both wanted was unavailable. We picked other options and enjoyed them as well.
Nigel was our waiter and was incredibly attentive, warm and friendly. He made good recommendations and was very apologetic about the items that were not available.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant, as I enjoy sitting outside with a glass of wine or some food in the summer. Today I attempted to take my boyfriend as he had never been there before. Walking up to the restaurant there were plenty of empty (and appropriately socially distanced) tables on the patio. To our chagrin, the hosts denied us outdoor seating saying they were all reserved. This was done in a smug, unapologetic manner. No effort was made to accommodate us or offer us additional seating options. Very disappointed and I quite like the restaurant and service usually. Not sure if we were “profiled” as we’re both young looking?

I have been a wine club member for quite a while now. It's a great place to get together with friends and we often have our girls' nights there. Our main server was great However, last night, one of the servers (I wish I would have caught his name, but he has thin, average height, blondish hair and clear rimmed glasses) who delivered our food to our table was so terribly rude, sarcastic, and overall put such a damper and sour taste on our experience last night. I hope to never encounter him again and if he was that rude just delivering our food, I could only imagine how he treats other customers.

The website would not take my order the first 3 times. When it did work, it was efficient. I ordered curbside. I checked in when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes to find out they forgot about me. My order was accurate. The salads were top notch. My wife’s flat bread was good. The short ribs tasted like roast beef.

I've been here multiple times when visiting in Columbus. Its one of many restaurants in the Easton complex. I like their house wines so its always an easy choice. The menu is not large but it covers all of the selection you would expect to fine in an upscale restaurant. Always a good choice.

Cooper's Hawk is located in the busy Easton shopping and entertainment district. Facility is very modern. One is immediately in a wine bar upon entering. Several places to try wines while waiting to be seated (wine club memberships are available). Very large wine menu, including flights. Large open-air and open-kitchen dining area with a bit quieter dining spaces upstairs. Large menu, great food, and great service. The place is hopping. Will surely dine here again.

My wife received a wine club membership for Mother’s Day 2022 and hadn’t been back since then because we are a couple of hours away. Today we had a excellent dinner of short ribs paired with their Cabernet Sauvignon lux which we picked from our accumulated wine and the recommendation of our waitress Elaine. Her service was consistent but not hovering, the short ribs were superb although the potatoes were not quite hot which she replaced quickly. Overall the service and food quality was excellent and although expensive, what isn’t nowadays, we felt was worth it.

We have been wine club members for years and have often wondered about the bad service everyone complains about. We finally got to experience it. We stopped by on a Wednesday night and Isshiah was our server. The restaurant was pretty empty even by Covid standards. We waited forever for our appetizers and never got our first bottle of wine. The manager stopped by and didn’t really care. Isshiah stopped by with our check and cared even less. We left and had dinner elsewhere. Such a shame, considering how long we’ve been wine club members and have hyping that place.

First off, the wine is very good. But the food is so bad I could only give them a 2 rating. I got the shrimp pasta. It was literally 4 shrimp on top of what looked and tasted like angel hair pasta in red water. Zero taste to it. My husband had gnocchi that did not taste nor look like traditional Italian gnocchi as it had grill marks on it. I will not go back here to eat again. There are an abundance of better choices at Easton.

Delicious!
In a time where everyone is increasing costs and lowering quality Coopers Hawk is not changing much. Food quality is still excellent and cost increase is pretty minor. Dinner for two was only $10 more than Chipotle and much better quality.

We have been Wine Club members since they opened. This past weekend was the last time we will be going there. Customer service and the employees knowing your name have all gone to the waste side. The staff quality has dropped significantly and any time you ask a question you are an annoyance. Sad day to leave membership but customer service did not seem even remotely concerned to lose my business. If this location is under new management a change should be made soon!

Food was good, service was horrible. Sat down at 5:45, drinks came at 6:15. Served dinner while we were still eating apps. When they served dinner 5 plates came out together and the 6th (a salad) came 10 minutes later. Never cleared the dinner plates before they brought the deserts that we pre-ordered. When we left the serving platters that carried the apps were still on the table.

My wife has allergies to foods in the allium family (onion, garlic, ...) and we've eaten at other Cooper's Hawk restaurants in the past. The other places were able to accommodate my wife's allergy with so help from a chef. We asked the waitress about a couple of dishes and finally ended up with what was acceptable but not desired. This was after waiting 45 minutes to get in.
