Special announcement. Pum's Kitchen will be at a new location from 20/01/2019. More details coming real soon. At Pum’s Kitchen you will often hear us say that we don’t do anything special, we just cook for our family. When you purchase a meal from our restaurant, you become part of our family. What this means is that every one of our meals is prepared fresh everyday using fresh produce which is mostly bought on the day it is sold. Fresh herbs from our garden, or fresh from the markets adds that special touch to every meal. Every vegetable served to you is chosen by Pum or me to ensure freshness. We make our own spring rolls and fish cakes and do not use any commercially prepared frozen products. This is the way we like to do things for our family, so it is the way we do things at our restaurant. We love pum’s! It’s a family owned restaurant that serves authentic Thai at very reasonable prices. Pum & Chris are so lovely and very accommodating.
I highly recommend you stop in for eat in or takeaway if visiting Maroochydore

Had a great family Thai dining experience at Pum's Kitchen. We got to meet the owner and manager and everyone was so friendly. My dish was really spicy and very tasty. The picky kids had 1/2 portions of noodles that were recommended by the manager but they still liked it a lot. Highly recommended!

Truly an authentic Australian Thai restaurant, offering perhaps the best Thai food on the Sunshine Coast. Located in the centre of Maroochydore in a spacious setting, Pum's kitchen delivers excellent service at reasonable prices. And the considerable menu range provides a real Thai experience.

Went there for dinner last night and my wife and I had a fantastic meal. The woman came out from the kitchen and explained about the different dishes and the heat of each one. The whole evening was great and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting Maroochydore.

Fabulous authentic Thai food at a great price. Dine in or takeaway. Great options for meat eaters, vegetarians & vegans, also gluten free options available. Easy undercover parking at the Big Top You won't be disappointed.

A little disappointed considering the hype from most reviews. Both dishes we ordered were very salty. And although we asked for "Thai hot" it barely got the tongue tingling.
The service was good and the food arrived promptly so that's a plus.

I don't know what to say except I am sorry that you didn't have the expected experience at our restaurant.
Having said that, I can't find an order that matches your review. If we made a mistake on the spice level, we apologise, and if you ordered a Pad Kapraow or Pad Kae Maow, then these two dishes have two dominant flavours, spice and salt.
We aren't sure where we went wrong as no customer told us that their meal wasn't that good. Next time, if you have a problem with your meal, please tell us when you are here so we can fix the problem, the last thing we want is unhappy customers.

Yum! We come up from Sydney to eat this thai! It is delicious, they have moved and are on the main street now and are still just as amazing yum yum we take our family and friends here good value for money, fantastic staff, great atmosphere, the spice is exact to the T, fresh ingredients and meat that melts in your mouth. I dream about this thai! If you havent been here yet it is a must try and come back again and again. Family owned as you can see from my review i love this place. I eat every bit!

We had read about Pum's Kitchen on Trip advisor and decided it was a must do on our stay in Maroochydore. We were blown away by the quality, flavour & freshness of the food cooked by Pum and the lovely service that we were shown and the story behind their restaurant. We definitely will be back next time we are in town for a little more of Pum's amazing food.

My family recently dined for dinner at Pum's. The Thai food was authentically prepared and accurate in its chilli (heat) rating. Fantastic fried ice cream for my sons was the "pièce de résistance". A great night- thank you.

Fabulous takeaway meal this evening. Fish cakes, Massaman curry, red curry, Pad Thai. In the past I’ve not ordered fish cakes at Thai restaurants as they’re usually a rubbery disappointment. Pum’s fish cakes are the total opposite. So tasty. Massaman curry has so may levels of flavour. Looking forward to buying Pum’s sauces to cook at home. Thank you Pum and Chris for your dedication to supplying the community with such beautiful food. I do hope people keep patronising your business so you can weather the latest COVID-induced storm.

My Parents and I dined here on Friday night the 24th of June 2022 for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food was delicious, the setting was relaxed and the service was outstanding. The man in charge for the night (hubby) went to shake my hand as we left but I thought he and his beautiful, funny, entertaining son deserved my loving hug instead. I will take my Daughter and her partner here too some day soon.
Thank you for great service and a healthy friendly approach to dining out.

We went at 6:15pm on Friday and me and my son were thinking it closed down but we were at the other side of the road.
Surprised to see a 7 year old kid as a waiter and he was very good at doing the job . We ordered: coconut rice, red duck curry, pork belly stir fry and prawn spring rolls.
The place literally feels like you are in Bangkok. The prawn spring rolls had a literal tempura prawn in it as the meal was nice and quick. The pork belly stir fry was nice and hot🔥🔥.
The red duck curry was nice and rich in taste the coconut rice had literal coconut milk in it
10/10 highly recommended

This is a great option for Thai food in Maroochydore. The staff are friendly, the food comes out quickly, and the prices are reasonable. They allow BYO which is a plus and we loved the little tuk tuk in the restaurant!

We had a problem finding the place,as it is on the opposite side to most of the restaurants,next to the Bendigo Bank.
The staff were great and the food came out quickly.
We had Pad Thai chicken and it was very tasty.
We had the lunch specials,around $11.00 per meal.
A nice setting out of the rush and worth a visit.
