The food is of a high standard. The service excellent. Loved our dinner here. I had the ravioli, pizza and tiramisu. Happy to recommend dining in or take away. Great food. Locally sourced ingredients, authentic Italian flavours, yum.

Our third visit here and there'll be many more to come. Great pizzas, parmagianas, salads, pastas, and service and friendliness. The veal was excellent and when you're after an authentic pizza, this is the place in Innisfail! Squisito!

A great place to eat the service was the best very friendly.The food was so good fresh good variety and very tasty and reasonable prices.We had the buffet .We will certainly be going back when we travel threw innisvale.

We read good reviews and when we went there for the buffet the food was not to temperature of what it should have been.. tasty enough... not many people and one pizza was put out. in saying that it might get busier on other days of week as we were there on a Wednesday night

The buffet was a scam. Industrial quality pasta and sauces. Cold pastas which were supposed to be hot. There was a range of ravioli, tortellini, spaghetti and fettucini which were all clearly from a packet. The cream in the hot dish pasta had not even been cooked it tasted straight from the bottle. All of the ingredients were of the lowest of standards.
For a $30 all you can eat with 6 microwave meal pastas to choose from, one kind of pizza, packet garlic bread and a roast which was cooked before it even got to the restaurant, isn't worth the price. And you had to pay an extra 5 dollars per person for home brand icecream with no toppings, not a very good deal. Maybe the takeaway is better but avoid the buffet at all costs. Definitely a money making scam.

The best pizza ever! Crispy base, so much topping. Get the prawn and octopus pizza. Such friendly service. Welcomed our dog on the verandah. 5 ⭐️

Our third visit for lunch to enjoy a Caesar Salad and once again we were not disappointed. Were told that when we visit again, the Caesar salad will be even better - how can perfection be improved upon, we ask.

Extremely poor quality restaurant. Many available tables but was right beside another 4 patrons. Could not hear ourselves talking so requested to be moved. ✅ Requested a sparkling white but that was not chilled ❎ and they offered to chill it for us. We ended up getting another wine while waiting for our choice to be cooled. Another 2 tables arrived well after we had ordered. Our order was 2 chicken Caesar salads, 1 pizza, 1 gnocchi, 1 steak and 1 chicken parmigiana. All other tables got their orders well before us. ❎ Food eventually arrived after a query and an hour wait. It was not worth the wait. Chicken in salads was chicken loaf ❎ When my chicken parmigiana arrived it had no melted cheese or sauce on it. ❎ When queried about this I was told ‘we do things different here’ It certainly was different. When cut into the ?? chicken it was brown and I queried this and was informed that they had no chicken so substituted veal (WTF) without any communication with me. It was just a veal snity. I did not eat this so only had the chips and salad - both were nice. When paying I told the owner but all he did was shrug his shoulders and still charged me the full price ❎❎❎ with no explanation or apology. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVEN AGAIN ❎❎❎

1. Online booking does not work.
2. Staff were not able to take a booking in December for January because they didn't have a diary yet.
3. The only Italian sparkling wine they had was not stored chilled. We had to request it be chilled then wait for it to be ready.
4. We did ask for the wine menu again to order something else, but it was never provided.
5. Despite there only being 4 tables booked in the whole venue, we were seated right next to another table. We had to request to be reseated where we could socially distance.
6. Despite 2 other parties arriving after we had ordered, we were served last.
7. The meals were not ready at the same time. Some of us were halfway through our meal before the last person was served (a pizza).
8. The chicken caesar salad did not contain any chicken, it had slices of processed reconstituted chicken meat cut up into it, and was awful.
9. The pizza was also terrible.
10. The chicken parmigiana that was served was actually a veal schnitzel. We were not told that the chicken parmigiana was unavailable. The waitress first told us it was chicken, and that they 'did it a different way' i.e. with no cheese on it. When it was cut and the veal was discovered, she then admitted they had no chicken.
11. Feedback was given that these meals were either wrong and/or bad, however no apology or compensation was offered.
12. Instead the ?manager claimed 'there was nothing he could do about it now'. He was informed that it was brought to the attention of the waitress at the time, but he failed to offer any response other than to take payment regardless.
WE NOW KNOW WHY THE PLACE WAS ALMOST EMPTY.

This was a genuine Italian pizza takeaway experience. Don’t bother with the high street franchises , these pizzas and a Ravioli was the bees knees.

We stopped here for lunch while touring in the area the aromas from the kitchen where wonderful choose the Roscoe's special pizza and was not disappointed home made pizza base wonderful toppings full of flavour l also had a beer every one else also enjoyed there meal by looking at menu it t was normal Italian fare most enjoyable

off the beaten track, that is if you are not going much away from the big cities, this little Gem in Innisfail, just one hour drive from Cairns is a wonderful lunch and dinner experience.

I ordered take away pizza but wished I had more time to dine in. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. My pizza was excellent flavour and value. Would definitely eat there again.
