After a day trip to the local area and beaches, we stopped here for an early Dinner. They served up a really nice serve of fresh cooked Prawns, followed by a serve of hot battered fish and chips with a homemade fish cake also. Chips are best we've had in this region. Sat in parklands beside the shop to enjoy it all.

We are regulars with this restaurant / shop, the seafood is delicious and fresh from locally sourced fish stocks. The guys in the shop are always friendly, and ready to take your order by phone or in person. We prefer to call our order in, and avoid the crowds.
To satisfy your next hunger pang, and you love your fresh seafood fix, call these guys.

Stayed overnight found this place for fish and chips the fish was delicious thick as a steak and beautifully cooked.
Chips well seasoned and crispy. If ever traveling through again will definitely stop again.

The service by the staff at Innisfail Seafood is outstanding. In person and over the phone for orders. The fish and chips are VERY nice, delicious and fresh. They have an awesome Tuesday Fish & Chips special with a tasty tartare sauce available. Calamari, 10 for $5! Yum.

Today we stopped on the way through here and hands down the best, freshest fish and chips I’ve had. It was Chippy Tuesday so $9 got you a fair piece of mackerel with chips and lemon. The service was superb with a bit of banter, and although quite busy, the food was not a long wait and brought out to the table for us. 10 outta 10 guys. Will certainly return

What more can you ask for, The food is very fresh tasting, one of the best prices in town and exactly what you would expect from such a highly rated fish n chip shop.
staff are friendly and very switched on for a young crew.
Smiling the whole time but asking everything they need to so the customer gets what tehy wnat.
Will definitely be back! well worth the 2hour drive.

We were looking for a seafood restaurant on the way to Cairns. We stopped here and it’s more of a seafood market although they do some cooking for you for a fee. We were hungry and the seafood looked and smelled fresh so we decided to give it a try. We ordered grilled snapper, battered squid rings and mackerel, chips and salad. A bit surprised that the chips didn’t come with ketchup or the squid with red sauce or tartar sauce. You can pay for ketchup and tartar side. 3 seafood dishes and we got one lemon to share. With that said the food was fresh, cooked well and hot tasty chips. We ate on paper that the food came wrapped it at the one picnic table outside the restaurant.

Before a day trip to Innisfail, I did a search for decent places for a seafood lunch. I must admit that on seeing the google reviews of Innisfail Seafood, I thought there must be some sort of orchestration going on. Well, I can now say that this is certainly not the case. Absolutely sensational seafood. Tender, full flavoured and amazingly fresh. The service was quick and friendly. If I could access my google account, I’d add to the scores of positive reviews.
I can’t wait until we move to Innisfail permanently - we’ll definitely become familiar faces. 100% recommend a visit, even if just cruising through.

Quick service fish and chips were there on time. Best piece of fish of macro I’ve tasted in awhile. Squid rings awesome, quality do you food awesome. Next to a great little park and tables toilets not far. Would recommend stopping here travelling through

Amazing homemade fish cakes, potato scallops were the best ive had in a while. Took some red spots home for dinner which were fabulous quality. The staff are very nice here also. Definitely to return.

Absolutely the best fish and chips we have had .Every time we travel to Innisfail it's a must stop location for lunch.Freshly made and delicious and if you park close they will deliver to your car .I never miss and look forward to it's freshness and a lovely outing on the river in Innisfail Staff are friendly and service is fast and food fresh and a fair price
