This visit started out badly when we arrived at shortly after 11AM and it took 10 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't even full. Once seated we ordered right away. Simple enough order: western omelette, veggie omelette and a hot hamburger. It took 40 minutes for our order to arrive. While our food was good and hot, the extremely long wait is just not worth the wait given that there are so many places that serve breakfast much faster. Will not be coming back again!

Hearty all-day breakfast in a traditional family restaurant style. Friendly service with an authentic smile, this place understands the business of hospitality. Nice portions - you'll never leave this place hungry. Decent prices, ample parking.

Took a colleague here for lunch, and the food was terrific!
I just had a bacon burger and a salad. The burger was clearly made in-house, and it was excellent. The salad was a salad, but the difference was it was fresh and presentable.
My friend had the 6oz steak, and said it was very good.
The waitress was very attentive as well as tolerant of us. (We stayed chatting for quite a while.)
Angelo’s, don’t change a thing!
Will definitely be back!

Used to be a great place but ...now..AVOID ...Owner is rude, and should not be in this industry...SHAME ON YOU!!! You hire a chef whose dishes are some hits most misses and when patrons who are paying good $$$ complain...YOU ARE RUDE, OBSCENE and on more than 1 time use profanity!!! And many times when your kids are there!!!

The server was rude and the cups were dirty. The eggs were not cooked properly. I ordered over easy and the eggs came out almost sunny side up on one and hard over on another one. The bacon, sausage and ham were fine. The place is dirty and falling apart and obviously needs a renovation. I've eaten at many small town diners and have been very impressed but not this time. I will not be back. One last note the Home fries felt like eating boiled potatoes that were tossed into a pan and browned slightly.

Food was terrible fish was cold inside batter gravy tasted like Currie one guest said the breakfast sausage tasted bad dry and spiced. Possibly from the days before would never go back waitresses was great how ever. My other guest had no comment

No idea why they changed their amazing home fries to packaged garbage but this place went from 4 stars to 2 stars in less than a year. Just an awful decision by management.. Never busy for breakfast anymore for a reason

Had an early breakfast at this restaurant. We ordered the Western sandwich. It came hot, fluffy and very tasty. Great price. Great service. Would definitely go back.

I have been coming here for some time, and because I don't spend $40 like a used to I just come in for their fries as a snack. I am treated horribly I am given attitude, told off by the owner when he was the one that made my fries and burnt them so badly and I was told if you don't like it go to mcdonalds, nothing is wrong with them! All I asked was if they could remake it so in the end I was stuck eating them because I still had to pay for them and he told me if you don't like them why are you still eating them I wouldn't. This made no sense. 4 weeks later I came back and was over charged for the item, they lied to me and said the fries were 6.99 when on their menu they had it listed as $3.99 I was told the owners don't need to change the menu, I should just know, I don't them what they were doing is breaking the law. The waitress called the owner to throw me out of the restaurant. I can actually prove that it was listed as 3.99 and I was told weeks ago large was $4.99 and small was $3.99 so I expected them to honour their prices but because I was a woman that came alone and ordered small I was bullied and given dirty looks so I gave it right back. I tried to call the police on the owner as he was a bully and refused to understand the customers point of view. You have to honour what is on the menu that is the contract between the customers and you. I would not come back and I would urge everyone to go somewhere else that believes in an honour system. I was also told to F off by the rude unfriendly male owner.

I hace bien here twice, the first time for dinner and the second time for lynch and I have to say that is a very good option of you want good price and good quality. Of course is not a Michelin star restaurant but is more than acceptable. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Is one of my options when I am in Toronto

I stop at Angelo’s when working in the area and alway order the same thing....Stir fry with chicken. It’s the best and reasonably priced too!
This is a really good casual family restaurant with large portions.

This restaurant is in my neighbourhood and I have never been there in the 25 years we lived here. It certainly won’t be the last time. The food was great and cooked exactly as we ordered. The wait staff were also great. Can’t wait to try there for dinner

Wonderful breakfast for 5. We showed up and ordered all different breakfasts from omelettes to bacon and eggs to eggs Beni. It arrived hot and plentiful. No one had any compaints. The server was excellent as well. You are looking at $15 or so for the meal, well worth it.

Went there for supper and the food was great....nice taste, large portions and good sized menu. The greek salad was amazing!! The only downfall was the staff are friends but they do not come back to see if anything else is needed....so initial service is great and after not so much.

I dropped my better half off for sales meetings and took our 2 yr old grand daughter on the tour (Bass Pro, Sail, Cdn Tire) but come lunch time could not visit a fast food "joint". I last visited Angelo's a year ago and decided what a great place to take my grand daughter. AND IT WAS. Fantastic reception by staff. We were very well attended. GD had a grill cheese, fries and Cole slaw, me a burger. We had a super visit. Thanks to the staff. Oh and the food was top shelf. Grandma wasn't too happy with the catsup on the dress but oh well..
