My fiancé and I heard about Bristol Café and we wanted to try it. We arrived Sunday to a packed house so we had a short wait. I would describe the interior as cozy and inviting. The lady who sat us was very nice and got our drinks while we perused the menu. I jokingly said I wanted to try one of everything because it looked so good. I got the sweat tea marinated jalapeno chicken and waffle. My fiancé had the Charleston shrimp omelette with a side of grits. Both dishes were delicious! The chicken was large as was the waffle. It was moist and with the drizzle of jalapeno sauce it really did not need the syrup. But I put it on anyway. My fiancé's omlette was light and flavorful with delicious shrimp spread throughout. She had a side of grits that were smooth, almost like eating a delicious gravy with a spoon. She texted her parents while we sat there and they came down to try it as well. Both of them got the fried French toast and it was delicious as well. I cannot wait to go back because I have been told the burgers great. If you are in Statesville find this place, you will not be sorry.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend brunch with my family. We had three different meals, chicken and waffles, a steak omelet and a traditional eggs benedict. All amazing! Also highly recommend the shrimp and grits that I had on a previous visit. I am a Charlestonian so praise for shrimp and grits means something, especially for an inland restaurant!

We had been driving about 20 minutes in the other direction for occasional breakfasts in Denver. We found ourselves in Statesville on a recent Saturday and a local friend suggested the Bristol. What a find !! My wife and I thought the food was creative and very well prepared. The Chef's riffs on "Benedicts" were excellent. We will be back. Wish they were open for breakfast during the week...

We happened on the Bristol through an area search while passing near Statesville on a Sunday near noon. My husband ordered the breakfast burger with fries and I had the chicken and waffles. We sat at the bar as it was the only available seating. The bar tender was really friendly and offered great suggestions. We would recommend!

Yes yes yes! Went 2 days in a row for brunch. The grilled cheese w blackberries was heavenly. Even on a crazily busy Sunday brunch time - the staff were pleasant, kind and accommodating! I love this place!

Best Pig and Goat Burger ever and also had a scrumptious Philly Cheese Steak. Did carryout and ate at downtown tables and people watched while we ate. Plan to come back for Sunday Brunch soon.😋

The best brunch around! The chicken and waffles, Cuban and pork belly Benedict were amazing! Great drink selection too! The owners pour their heart and soul into this place and it shows! Wish they were open for dinner!

My son and I went for brunch last Sunday and always everything was perfect!!! The food and cocktails were delicious! The decor and vibe is great… nice lighting and they always have good music in the background! Joanie is always welcoming and makes you feel at home! The food is so good … you will not be disappointed!!!!

We showed up on a Sunday at 10 & they were not open. Either the times online are wrong or this place has closed. Suggest calling ahead.

We met family here for a Sunday lunch. The food was fantastic. The owners were delightful, and the staff was very friendly. The service was prompt, and we were all very happy.

My friend & I had a Sat morning brunch there. We sat at the tiny bar. It’s sticky. I had a glass of wine, a cannoli (filled right in front of us), a Reuben with breakfast potatoes. It was good. I would return. I understand that their hours are oddball. Total cost was $22 before tip.

DIfferent, but has potential. If you like newer style tacos, you will probably enjoy it. Varied menu. The ventilation system needs improvement as there is a heavy cooking grease smell that permeates.
