A premium coffee and tea experience in the Redlands, serving fresh, gourmet food for breakfast and lunch including a range of takeaway options and cakes. Founded in 2014 by husband and wife Rob and Samantha Millard, The Bean & Leaf Cafe now has two locations in Cleveland and Redland Bay serving a wide range of beverages including the premium "BIGDOG" blend from Wolff Coffee Roasters made by expert baristas, as well as pre-prepared and made-to-order fresh food that is value for money, light and tasty.

Had lunch here yesterday and short on time. Can recommend the chicken and asparagus quiche, and a lovely cup of tea (plenty of milk, and the pot doesn't drip) . Very friendly staff and reasonable priced.

Stopped in here for breakfast. It was quite busy, so figured they were doing something right. The coffee was 'interesting' - to our tastes it had a bit of an unusual flavour. That said, it was well made and not burnt. Figured it must be the type of coffee they roast, and had meant to ask about it but didn't get the chance. We had the stacks - one regular (with poached egg) and one vegan. Both good, though service quite slow. Had to ask for table water. Would probably stop by again.

Always great coffee, food and friendly staff. We get coffee from here at least 5 times a week and we are never disappointed

I went to the Bean and Leaf Cafe Cleveland Brisbane last weekend. I have been there before and it had been really nice. This time it was awful. The extra guacamole I ordered tasted off and my coffee tasted burnt. The one wait staff was wearing short shorts that was too tight and I saw another keep touching her mouth and then taking food out to tables. I wasn’t too impressed. The following day I was unwell.

We hadn’t been here for a while so went for breakfast. The coffee is definitely one of the best in Cleveland. The eggs benedict & avocado & feta breakfast were really good. Great service too.

As a regular Sunday market stop off, it’s a great little spot to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee and a bite to eat watching the world go by.
The staff are not all that friendly, however in saying that our little waitress was refreshing, friendly and at least talkative.
Other than that a great little place !!

The coffee here is really good.
The owners and staff are warm and friendly people. The service is efficient and attentive. Definitely worth a visit.

Disappointed with coffee. Not the standard usually expected. Terrible unfortunately, had a large flat white - triple shot...Guys, you must do better...good coffee is the key...!!!

We ordered the eggs been with hash browns. Pretty to look at but I think at least some of the breakfast was reheated. The asparagus spears were definately cold and the sauce variable warm depending where it sat on the food. Not bad enough to wreck our morning by complaining and waiting for a reheat but given that we paid dearly for this breakfast just not that good. Definately not worth a return trip! Sorry Bean and Leaf you were lovely but the food just wasn't

Met my friend here for Lunch it has great staff, wonderful food and great coffee. Nice to sit on footpath tables and watch the market crowd on a Sunday.
Recommend for lunch or breakfast.

We decided to try this cafe out as we had a voucher from the Entertainment Book. Wish we had gone before as the food was excellent, coffee is one of the best in Cleveland & the service was very good. All the staff were efficient & friendly. I would definitely recommend the Breakfast Stack & the Eggs Benedict. We will definitely be back - a great find.

Had a great breakfast last Sunday morning, and the best thing with this Cafe is that you can bring your Fur Babies with you. The Staff are more then friendly to have them there, with you while you have a meal.

Had brekky, between both of us we had poached eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and a hash brown.
Look, there was nothing we actually disliked but equally there was nothing that jumped out as being 'special' either.
This place subscribes to the undercooking of the bacon rather than serving a lovely, crisp offering. That was a definite no for me and will stp me revisiting when there are so many local alternatives.
Service and wait staff were great.

We had a disgusting inedible breakfast here this morning. The poached egg was way under cooked and the bacon looked raw on the stodgy/oily corn fritter meal and the bacon was raw and the sweet potato chips were rock hard on the other meal. When we complained they said "that's the way it comes".....yuk!! Never again, wish I could give them -5 stars

A friend and I wished to treat another friend to lunch out, and we chose Bean and Leaf Cleveland, having eaten there before. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, each choosing different dishes, and each loving our meals. These we topped off with a few desserts we shared. A most enjoyable time together, with delicious food.
