We didn't eat at the place. Do not inspires too much. The pork ribs are really excellent and while they are a little pricey, the amount and quality are really very good. Different story with beef ribs. Lacks any taste, looks like pull meat, the coating is the only thing that has little taste. I do not recommend they at all. They must nos allow the cooks to play with pets at anytime. I saw a girl coming with a dog and the cooks came to play with the dog. That is very unhealthy.

Fabulous Snokehouse style American food. Yum!! We drive 30mins and its so worth it. We've had burgers and onion rings, brisket, pulled pork and loaded fries a few times....Great tasting......better than ever. This place is cooking up a storm! Staff are awesome. Great service even though they are rushed off their feet in busy times they remain upbeat and friendly. Non discrimination.

Third time back, quality of the cook has dropped off substantially
Pork ribs were extremely dry. I've never thrown away or knocked back a rib in my life. Half a rack of ribs ended up in the bin unfortunately.
Sad that it's put me off going back again, man loves meat!

My chicken burger was bad...chicken was dry and tasteless. The bun was awful, seemed to be stale. The cutlery was dirty, as were the tables. The chips were way too salty to eat. However the onion rings were yummy. The service was good, as in the attendant was friendly and service was fast.The hotdog was not great either.

Now signed as Smoked and Loaded but still with the same menu as other Twelve Boars. The brisket classic is good value with a good chunk of decent brisket (a bit dry but still tasty and good to scarf down) in a sandwich for $12. Prices shoot up rapidly from there and mass produced milkshakes are a steep $7 but it's good for a quick smoked meal.

Thanks for the review, yes we are smoked and Loaded now with a completely different menu to Twelve Boar. prices are very competitive and all food is made fresh to order

Ribs were delicious and fell off the bone, coleslaw was fresh and creamy, chips were hot crispy and fresh.

We just had dinner - tasty BBQ Wings with crispy Sweet Potato Chips and filling Pork Ribs with fries and slaw. However, they really need to provide a finger bowl or wipes - napkins are just not doing the trick with sticky sauce in one's face and fingers...

Wow the pork ribs are amazing
Really well presented and tasty
Great portion sizes and excellent sauce
Also tried the BBQ wings and also excellent
You can get sauce on the side if needed
The staff were very accomodating, very pleasant and diligent.
Well worth a visit
You can eat in at the outside eatery with seating or takeaway
I’ve eaten all over the US and this stands up to the best of them

Covid dinner date. So very quiet.
There was a few items off the menu not available but what we had was amazing.
Chicken burger.
Pulled beef dirty fries.
Omg so amazing.
We will return when in the area

This was the second time we have visited the Cleveland shop and the second time was just as good as the first. The brisket is cooked to perfection and the hot wings have the right balance of heat and flavor. The burger and wings combo for $19.99 is great value and a reasonable sized meal.
We will be back again

This place is a bit of a hidden gem doesn’t look like much from the outside. You order from the counter then take a seat. It is a Tuesday night middle of winter currently 14 degrees it’s a bit cold would of been nice to have a heater. Besides that the food was delightful the brisket cheese burger was slightly dry but had great flavors the beef rib single serve was Devine cooked to perfection amazing sauce will definitely be back

I grew up near one of the four cardinal points of American Barbeque. I know good BBQ when I taste it. I was doubtful that I could find good BBQ in Australia, where BBQ means grilling on a gas hot plate. I was surprised at 12 Boar. I avoided the ribs because they are only smoked for 6 hours. Unless they are cooking baby backs, that is not long enough. (I did not ask what cut 12 Boar was cooking.) So I got the Cuban with 12 hour pulled pork. My wife got a Reuben, which features beef brisket. I tried a bite of brisket. It was fair to middling. The pulled pork was fantastic! It had a good smokey flavor, and it was moist without being greasy. It did not taste like hickory wood smoke, but that is OK. (They may have used she-oak. I am not sure.) Whatever they used was very good. Pulled pork is a favorite in the Southern States, but I never had it this good this far south before.

They had me at .50 cents corkage per wine glass. We were a table of four, our order was double ribs, hotdog, 3 servings of onion rings, half a kilo of wings, a dipping sauce and a pink lemonade. Everything was delicious with onion rings crunchy and not greasy. The menus are on the table and you order at the counter. The service is quick and friendly. Plenty of food and under $80.00.
