Visit Samson's Seafood restaurant at Raby Bay Harbour, freshest, most delicious sea food meals and tasty salads, with great prices, and relaxing views of yachts in the harbour, such peace and tranquility with excellent fish meals. Have had grilled perch, a seafood platter, could easily feed two people. A must try.

Since Covid-19 restrictions came in we have been having takeaway fish meals from our favourite restaurant on the bay. Sam has been great in providing his customers with a great takeaway alternative since we haven’t been able to dine in. Now he is open for 10 customers to eat outside - great to see this happening. Keep supporting him we don’t want to lose this great place to eat. Thanks Sam

In today’s environment we are all a bit worried about eating out. We went to Samson’s last Saturday & it was packed which was nice to see. Before we even ordered Sam (the owner) was spraying & cleaning the tables & it was spotless. Of course the food was as delicious as always. Support our local businesses & stay safe.

Second time we had fish and chips here. First time was good but a bit of a wait which we understood during COVID and we were told next time to ring ahead. We did this and rung, placed our order and told them we were 15minutes away. On arrival (17mins later) our meal was sitting on the bench behind the counter Under no heating and we found our chips were luke warm and fish was just slightly warmer. The meal price was just over $27.00, we were offered $4 back, then when I spoke to the manager he asked ‘what do you want me to do about it’ in a terrible manner and what did we expect. It was cooked when we rung. I expected better service and hot fish and chips.....simple!

We went for lunch, choosing to sit outside even though it was quite breezy.
There are meal deals, so the boss treated herself to lobster, while I settled for the hoki one. Our plates were huge, making the meals look rather small, but the reality was they were quite large too.
The lobster was apparently delicious (I wasn't allowed any) and my hoki was one excellent, sizeable piece with salad and perfectly-cooked chips.
Service was very quick and really pleasant. This is the sort of place that anyone of any age would thoroughly enjoy going to.
Recommended !

Absolutely DELICIOUS and fresh seafood. I have eaten the Barra, beer battered Chips and Calamari here twice now and both times my meal was perfect, couldn’t fault it. I grew up in a fish and chip shop run by my parents so to finally find a really good fish and chippy in Brisbane is so good! Good service, clean oil, fresh seafood and perfect chips. Will be back! Thanks guys!

You will not find a better fish and chip shop. The seafood is outstanding, large serves not overcooked. The oil is clean you can't taste anything but the amazing seafood. The staff are lovely and it is right next to the boat harbour. Personally I'm addicted to the calamari. The first time I've had it in years, not rubbery but tender succulent heavenly rings of YUMM. Hard core fan!!

Great food, service is dreadful. Waited 2 hours for dinner as they serve takeaway orders before dine in. Always eat here, have done for 15 years, never again after the wait time.

It is my favourite place to eat a fish. The price has increased but the quality is still there. The salad is so fresh and tastes so good. The garlic chips are also a win.

My go to restaurant when I visit Raby Bay. Great food! The cold seafood platter for 2 is amaZing! And I love that this place is BYO makes for a great Sunday afternoon outing.

You know there is great takeaway fish and chips when the lineup is out the door every night. You can order exactly what you want, great variety of seafood. Chips are crisp.

Sitting on their lovely heavy wooden furniture, looking out to the marina, the sea water, the boats, the atmosphere is truly a beautiful experience, but during the virus they still do takeaway. You can still support them and have a lovely meal at the same time. The Moreton bay bugs, many prawns, oysters, mussels, salads, always fresh and delightfully packaged for takeaway we discovered...
