Stumbled across this place when looking for somewhere to dine for dinner after arriving in Whitianga for the first time. The waitress who served us was lovely and attentive ! The food was okay but not as authentic as I would have hoped for.

A disappointing experience. The seafood was bland and stale. Other food was greasy. Can't recommend.

Went here before our movie started, the staff were very helpful and explained how there menu worked. Ordered two different tacos the pork and fish, both were presented at a high standered and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back to try the tapas

While recently in Whiatanga we came across this little restaurant. Was a quiet night and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and happy to have a chat and recommend things for us to do while visiting here....More

We were holidaying in the area and discovered La Bodega during our walk. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member. We ordered 5 different tapas, all were fresh and tasty and the family enjoyed them all. We will definitely be back for dinner

As a group of four we had a lunch of Tapas and Tacos. The food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The wine list was a little light but the cocktail list extensive. We sat in the out door area and it was a...More
